My very favorites are the Eragon Series and the Chronicles of Narnia. A short list of other books I like: Memoirs of a Geisha, The Perfect Storm, Jurassic Park, The Lost World, The Hobbit, The Book Theif, and anything by Stephen King or Agatha Christie.

eragon series is awesome(i think its called the inheritance)...lord of the rings, The Sword of Truth series, and the Anita Blake books ^v^

It is the Inheritance series, but I said Eragon so more people would know what I was talking about ^^
I've never heard of the sword of truth or anything by Anita Blake D:

Inheritence Series, Twilight Series, Magicians Apprentice, Angels & Demons, Da Vinci Code, Working on The Lost Symbol, FableHaven Series, Peter Pan & The Shadow Thieves, Disney After Dusk, Forgotten Realm Series(HUGE Series), and The Brothers Grimm.

Anne Rice - Vampire Chronicles.... I don't read as much as I used to when I was in High School, I don't really have any recent favorites to be honest, I loved what my teacher called Bodice Busters though smile Romance Books and such...although now Im addicted to a couple of online comics (does that count?) KhaosKomix and Yu + Me = Dream :p
