You can find it on wikipedia or just watch the episodes where Jack's brother comes back, His real first name is still Jack but he has a diffrent last name and I'm going to be evil and make you search for it yourself lol.

interesting i always thought that was his name till i saw the episode but now i know that it's not but who cares about a name he's Jack and that's all that matters

As of yet, he hasn't said.
...my bet is, we're gonna eather see John more often and he'll slip up and tell us Jack's real name, or we're going to be introduced to more of his past.
