Appearance: A tall lanky man who seems more like a teenager than an acutal adult. He has wide, bright brown eyes and dark brown hair. His hair is on the longer side because he is unable to cut it himself and does not like the feel of short cropped hair. His hair tends to be very messy and uneven because of his multiple attempts to shorten it himself. His frame is lithe and thin. Most of his strength is in his legs.
Personality: Bright, cheerful, and sarcastic. R'lie enjoys drinking and various relaxing activities. At the same time he's a hard worker when it comes time for work. R'lie tends to be disrespective towards his superiors because of his rather low-born status before he impressed.
R'lie is very protective of women, especially his little sister Rita. He tends to hover over her and over people who talk to her, often going as far as stalking them and asking them really stupid questions.
History: R'lie group in a hold on the coast and learned how to fish from his father. At 16 he was taken to Telgar Weyr to impress along with his younger sister, who was too distraught to let him go alone. He hasn't really done too much in his life, preffering lazing around than adventuring.

Appearance: Gabranth measures at 30' long. He has a similar build to R'lie, with a thin body and strong legs. His wings are well proportioned and well built. He has dark spots around his hind quarters and the tip of his tail is also darkened.
Personality: He is high energy in comparison to R'lie, often flying and taunting herd beasts when he is idle. He is an active swimmer and enjoys vocalizing and humming. He often comes up with adventures for him and R'lie to go on, though often they only end up going sight seeing or making their way to oceans and seas for an afternoon of bathing.
Gabranth is very close to R'lie's sister Rita.
Other:Gabranth is able to communicate with Rita, and Rita is able to communicate with Gabranth, though this is rather limited because they are not bonded like R'lie and Gabranth are.
