Yhea I know this was already posted but I just wanted to post it officially... -cries her eyes out- TT~TT . . . . . . Quote: Seventh-generation member Kusumi Koharu (17), will be graduating from Morning Musume and Hello!Project this December. She's been a member of Morning Musume ever since winning the 7th gen audition back in 2005.

Regarding 7th Generation Morning Musume Member "Kusumi Koharu"
At the final performance of of the "Morning Musume Concert Tour 2009 Autumn ~ Nine Smile ~" (Dec 6), 7th generation Morning Musume member Kusumi Koharu will be graduating from Morning Musume, and from Hello!Project. During the 4 years and 4 months she was in Morning Musume, she has learnt the basics as a singer and a talent. And next year, she will turn 18. She's come to learn the base of what it takes to work in a group. And at the same time, she's been working as "Tsukishima Kirari". Based on seeing all of her work so far, as a producer, I felt I wanted to let her have a solo career, so decided to have her graduate. Having said that, she won't be making a singing debut or any other kind of debut right away, and some of the plans are still a bit rough, but Kusumi will continue to work hard for now, while privately taking various lessons. Her own hope is to be a model, so I think she'll be aiming towards a new direction, and taking new steps. So everybody who has supported her so far, please continue to give your support to Kusumi Koharu, and to Morning Musume. Thank you very much!

To all Hello!Project Official Fanclub Members
Thank you for your continued support. I've been with Morning Musume for around 4 years now, and at the December 6 Morning Musume concert at Tokyo Kouseinen Kinkaikan, I will be graduating from Morning Musume, and from Hello!Project. One of the things I want to do from now is to try modelling. I have been active in Morning Musume so far, but now as Kusumi Koharu, I want to move forward, facing my different dreams and goals. Please continue to give me your support.

Along with this announcement, Kusumi Koharu will not be taking part in the "Hello! Project 2010 WINTER Uta Chou Fuugetsu ~ Mobekimasu! ~", the tickets for which went on advance sale to the fanclub via Hello! Project Information DM on August 31.
Please understand that refunds will not be given for this reason. Also, further information may become available at any time.

Okay, so I announced Kusumi Koharu's graduation recently.
I'm sure fans were surprised, but I think it's better to announce things like this suddenly, so please understand.
As for Kusumi, she was a bit puzzled at first, but she accepted it firmly, and as you can see from her comment, she decided to move on, and looks like she is hopeful for her new future. She intends to do her best as a Morning Musume member until 12/6, which marks the end of current concert tour, "MM Concert Tour 2009 Aki-Nine Smiles".
Therefore, you better not miss this tour, and we're looking forward to seeing you, all over Japan!

^ sorry, maybe i should know this-- but what do you mean by "pull a konkon"??
the only idea i can come up with is that she dissapears from the music scene, only making occasional appearances (??) i dunno
i'm going to miss koharu ; n ;
it's stupid- just the night before i heard this-- i was thinking to myself how she's one of my favourite current members
and that i like her for better reasons
like- and i know many will dissagree with this- but i liked her singing style-- yeah she wasn't "good" but i found her way of singing really interesting OAO
and i like how she talks-- her voice/accent sort of thing
where i just like other members "because they're cool!!" or "because they're really great at dancing!"

Megumi-chwan She's gonna pull a Konno. now im hoping she pulls a konkon. i hope she pulls a super konkon so that yuu and sayaka leave h!p eggs join kusumi in a new milkyway and make a #1 hit, meanwhile being a soloist and making #1 hits, while momusu "Aa!'s" at her greatness.

I'm kinda bothered by the people who go 'yay, she's gone~'. I mean, you're allowed to not like her, but her leaving means that Morning Musume will be changing drastically. It's kinda scary to think about. I really liked this line-up, I was really close to it, and I'm not sure if I'm ready for a new member. xD
(I'm not like the people who say "Oh, you're not a true MM fan if you're happy about her leaving!", but still. This could have very well been Takahashi or Gaki or any of the other members. I mean, I wouldn't be upset if Shige left, but I would acknowledge the fact that her absence would make a difference and that the group wouldn't be the same without her.)
Okay. Mini rant over. =D
Besides, I have found a new way to think of things:zush on Int. Wota kind of cool news. my 2nd fave MM girl has had enough silly dancing and singing in bizarre costumes. And hey, she is soon FREE! This is not time for crying. wu-san on Int. Wota AWESOME. The most entertaining one leaves, and I’m with zush on this. Now, all that is left is for the others to graduate and let the MM thing go. it’s been like carrying a dead fish around for the last two years.

Amen to you Kokoro, lawl at the volleyball thing. We all knew it was bound to happen, but sometimes the shock just HITS you and you have nothing else to do but mourn xDD but you know we eventually calm down and dig deeper into what is going on. I'm not ready for another member either, but maybe, if it's for the good of MM then alright. Just as long as this new member is as good as Koharu.

I've been a fan of MoMusu ever since Iroppoi Jirettai first came out and I loved Koharu's voice ...even when she was doing things for Kirarin☆Revolution ^^;; I've always liked her voice, lol.
I thought Koharu was going to last longer then a lot of the other Morning Musume members, well at least Ai and Risa. It's such a shock to hear that she's leaving at the end of the Nine Smiles tour >: ...this is defiantly gonna be a tour I'm gonna try to get seeing as how they have an amazing set list and that this is Koharu's last concert

im just surprised because she is the "miracle" member, she didnt pass the 6 year mark, and TSUNKU graduated her D:< seriously WTF man. dont graduate her and make her your own idol. much less, dont ditch her and make her the 4th person to leave momusu and H!P @ once. id be nice if she became a part of m-line too >_> just saying.
