Unlike most other Marvel series it actually has a beginning a middle and an end. It takes place in the future, long after the Marvel Age when society is in a decline, two rival corporations control the world and superheros are a thing of the past.
Your main character, Miguel O'Harra works for one of said corporations as a scientist until a lab accident splices his DNA with that of a spider's and becomes the new Spider-Man or "Nueva New York"!
