We made this last night when we were playing around with food. It can almost definitely be replicated, and it is DELICIOUS!
Chinese-American Style Fried Ramen
INGREDIENTS:
1 ramen pack. Flavor doesn't matter; you won't use it.
1 egg
Soy Sauce
Cooking oil (I like sesame!)
DIRECTIONS:
1. Boil the ramen until it's cooked. Then drain the water.
2. Put some oil in your wok (you can use a straight up sautee pan if you need to) and heat it up.
3. Add the noodles and make sure you keep them moving!
4. Crack in your egg, making sure to quickly break the yolk and mix it in the noodles.
5. Add soy sauce until the noodles are a nice toasty brown.
6. Get your chopsticks!
