Title says it all. What does this guild need that it doesn't have, and what does it have that we could do without?

The guild could do without the roleplay directory as it is now.
It could do with a roleplay directory that describes what each roleplay is about.
What we have now is exactly the same as clicking on the forum and looking through the roleplays.
Also we could do with a little more professioalism when talking about guild structural matters...And less with everything else. Like a divide between the two.
(Coincidently I'm listening to New divide by linkin park.)

Ignore the professionalism part...And ignore that I misspelled it.
The directory is useless as it is, it needs to give us some information on the roleplays to help people choose which ones to join.
I can be in charge of it if you want but I'm not too good at guessing what people mean.
