Youtube is great and all but you have to watch the episodes in parts. So the following sites are great places to watch bleach. Following each site I will give a brief summary.

Bleach Get
This site lets you watch full-length bleach episodes and movies. Aside from the adds (there are adds every where) and the occasional broken video this is a great website (This site has a link near the top to go to Naruto Shippuden which takes you to there second site www.narutoget.com).

Anime Season
This website allows you to pick which video provider you want to watch the episode from (Ex. Megavideo, Myspace player, ect.). Again a downside of this website is that there are adds every where. As far as broken videos go, you shouldn't have a problem with that because each episode has multiple ways to watch it. Another great website (This website also has other anime on it).
