Description: Rowan, a young woman in her 2nd year of University, is seen as intelligent, kind, and playful, but knows when to be serious and collected, and she wouldn't hesitate to help someone in need.

Character Background: Her mother had died a few days after giving birth to her younger brother, who died a few days before his 6th birthday. She had then lived her father, who was an archaeologist meaning they were always moving, until a few weeks before her 16th birthday, when he disappeared without a trace. Which is when she decided to join the NPA and become a detective in order to find her father.

Description: Tom Wright is a hard-working fellow. He'll do anything his superiors ask him to do. He is honest, and generally quiet, but he has a good sense of humor, and will occasionally bust out with a joke.

Character Background: Tom used to be a United States Marine, and he was stationed in Japan. He retired early, and took up a line of work in the police force, and later, the NPA. He has no family in the country- his brother and mother are in America. When the Kira case began, he immediately started working with the task force.
