Since my Empire is an ally of Necropolis, we have established an Embassy for diplomatic purposes. The Embassy is well guarded with a posting of Roman legionaries on the inside of the fence and and Undead soldiers patrol the outside. This is where diplomatic meetings between Rome and Necropolis take place and where Roman tourists can come for travel aid and services.

Remus, you must learn to control those legionaries of yours. I was almost shot upon appearing. In any case, I have a request of you. My lands are small, and have nothing you desire. All I ask is that Bainbridge remains untouched by your...endeavors.

Emma, I am surprised! I would never even dream of invading Bainbridge! Don't you know by now that I am more interested in what space has to offer than what's left of Earth?

Even so, I require your word, Remus. Keep in mind that an oath made to a mage is binding.

You have my word, Emma. Not a single one of my legionaries will set foot on Bainbridge's soil with intent to make war. I swear by the Empress. However, this word is revoked should Bainbridge threaten the Empire. However, I'm pretty sure that won't happen.

We have four hundred people and only two mages, Emperor, hardly enough to make war.
Well...rest assured, the two mages have no reason to make war against you.

Well, four hundred is better than no forces at all. Besides, numbers don't always determine the outcome of a war. The three hundred Spartans or the brave men of the Alamo are good examples of this.
So do you have anything else I can help you with, Lady Emma?

Nothing springs to mind, Remus. How are things with your conquests?

I'm planning to have a siege of Raven's castle soon. I'm going to deploy Techno Legion and some artillery units for support and bring that villainous wench to her knees. I'm also developing a new weapon to support my ground troops. I'm thinking of calling it "Atlas". I haven't built a prototype yet, but imagine something like the colossus of Rhodes, only much bigger and with massive firepower.

Technology...can't say I've ever gotten the hang of it. But it is effective, in its own way.

Technology has always done the job right for me. When all that's left of the enemy is a smoldering crater, then you know that technology has been super effective.

I suppose. But it feels...dead. There's no soul in technology.

Wrongness? Is that a word? -Begins to consult a dictionary-
Emma, I'll be really surprised if you just butchered the English language.
