I have recently seen a new Gaia-run ad:
It's sad how they attempt to manipulate kid's minds with exclusive items and the temptation of "LOTS of Gaia Cash"instantly"".
In other news, the new, "LeXBox" has been recently announced, in other words, yet another RIG.
What do you make of all this?

Would you still... I make that it's only been ONE ******** WEEK since they just shoved the Dark Reflection out of the Cash shop.
Rigs just aren't special anymore...I mean I was around (only briefly) When rigs were still special...
And as for that advert. Ach mein Gott! Warum???
Why must they carry on advertising it??????
And yup, they've been giving me pop ups on the front page asking me to connect to facebook.
I don't WANT my friends to see what I'm doing on Gaia!!!

They need to make a RIG you buy with GOLD or update the giftboxes with new items.
as far as that ad goes, where did you see it? It's pretty ridiculous regardless, but the placement would not help.

This. I usually don't have any problems with RIGs, but it's become redundant and the neglect of gold-based items grows bigger. We need an update on something that actually needs to be updated.

I agree. The last update for those were when the Spartan items came out, and that was a couple of years ago. Gold RIGs would be a huge gold sink, but of course that would not be "cost effective" for them.
Wow... That picture just made me head-desk. What a way to get suckers in and have them ******** their families up.

I'm getting pretty tired of RIGs altogether though.
Almost every new item is in the Cash Shop. All the
new items in the gold shops just suck. It really
blows. x___x;
And the "free" Gaia Cash is dumb. I've done a few
mobile offers, and wanted to try Netflix, but now that
GetGambit toolbar doesn't work. A little more than half
the offers would actually work for me. I still think the "free"
Gaia Cash idea is dumb, but now I can't even do the ones
that I know won't screw me over (I'm 23, btw, if anyone

Honestly I don't mind RIG's, they want to keep pushing them out weekly fine by me. I just wish they would put the most wanted items in the cash shop. Don't they know that if they did that they would solve there money issues? gonk
I bought one LexBox to see what it's like. I only got to the, what...I think third level before loosing? My mom bought a couple, I think like nine. she only made it to the end once. I remember when we used to have GOOD chances for winning. Now most people get 'kicked out' or loose after the first 'level'. talk2hand

Gaia...you're just.....just..........slowly dissolving into a pay-to-play game! gonk
It's beginning to feel like Maplestory (although I am banned from playing it anymore). They have a biiiiiiiiiiiig Cash Shop, and it makes all your items look fancy and awesome. But if you don't get those items, the items you have look lame, compared to 80% of the rest of the people. Not exactly, but hopefully it won't be coming true anytime soon. I had a nightmare last night that when I tried to log on to Gaia, it said "Please enter your credit card number here, and $60 will be deducted from your account. This will enable you to play for the next month. Thank you for playing Gaia."

They were somewhat interesting when they first came out (probably because it was like "OH, it's NEW! Wow!" in the beginning) but now I'm really annoyed that Gaia is not releasing more Gold Shop items. I'm also all for GigaForte's idea of updating the giftboxes.
The "GET FREE GAIA CASH!" ad just screams "Give into your online greeed, because as they said in Wall Street, Greed is Goood!". I'm glad that most people see the Free Gaia Cash thing as a damn troublesome scam.
