Welcome to Bunker Sigma-27, Dr. Question's largest facility. Chances are that you were following him when you found this place. The construct is completely underground, and is larger than most facilities. However, most of the space used is devoted to the factory lines, where the good doctor's machinery and technology are constructed. On the walls in each hallway is a map of the entire complex.
Rules
1. Follow the TOS. 2. No Godmodding. 3. Please don't break stuff randomly. 4. No killing without consent. 5. Do not press the big red button. Doing so will trigger a spray of bullets upon the person who pressed it. The real self-destruct button is hidden well.

Layout of the facility
Factory Lines
These massive rows of industrial tools are completely automated and always in operation. These factories have a team of robots programmed to keep the factory up and running. Currently there are no entrances to the factories, though suspended hallways with transparent walls allow people to observe the process.
Control Room
This is Dr. Question's personal command center, supported with satellite imagery and several computer monitors being constantly updated with information. From this room, the good doctor can completely control the complex, from lights to security countermeasures, and even shut down the factories if he needs to.
Arena
After attending the Battledome several times, the good doctor decided to create his own version. The result was a completely-modifiable arena that is used to test various weapons. However, it can also be used to hold fights between two opponents. Unlike the Battledome, it has an array of built-in traps and weapons that can be used to make fights more interesting.
Laboratory
The place where Dr. Question designs new weapons and technology. Complete with robotic arms to aid in precise adjustments, this laboratory is likely the most high-tech room on the planet. The doctor doesn't like it when people hang out in this room. As the doctor's preference, Metallica is constantly being blasted through the room.
High Security Room
Don't go in here. Currently it stores the doctor's most time-and-space shattering devices, a Time Machine and a Dimensional Gateway. These are still under construction and are extremely dangerous in the press-a-button-and-destroy-all-reality sense.
Guest Room
The room where Dr. Question would prefer his guests to stay in, though they're allowed to roam the facility freely. It is essentially paradise, where the guests are served by a team of robots designed to fulfill their requests, including: food made with the freshest ingredients to 5-star restaurant quality; first-aid; a bar which has never been used, so make the robobartender's day and order something fancy; couches; large televisions.
Note: This is the only room connected to the outside world, so this is essentially the entrance.
Hallways
The facility is connected by many hallways. There is nothing in these hallways, so just keep walking.
Infirmary
When a robot servant can't stabilize a guest's condition, they are taken here, where they are scanned and immediately prepared for surgery. This room contains a working stem cell project, so even (supposedly) permanent damage can be fixed.

Question sighed. He was lying on a couch in the guest room. A thin robot approached him, waiting for him to give an order. He sighed again. "No means no, you stupid machine." The robotic bartender walked back to the bar to await an order that might never be given. 'Damn it, Remus. I save your planet, and what do I get? Exile on the planet you've left to rot. And you even turned me into Public Enemy Number One.' The doctor closed his eyes.

A cloaking spell shimmered faintly on the magical plane as Emma appeared in a darkened hallway, cloaked in shadow and hidden from sight. There was so much technology in this place, she could feel the emptiness it left in her senses. Her wards slammed into place, blocking her powers from reaching and exploding all nearby machinery.

[I'm not a bad person...]♠ What Emma didn't know was that she was being followed by a shadow of her own. Using spy technology, Chris had followed her, cloaked, into the bunker. This Dr. Question was a mysterious man... and Chris was here looking for some answers. He stayed a bit far behind Emma, out of sight, even though he was invisible. You never could be too cautious... ♠ [...I just have bad luck.]

His eyes closed, Question could hear the whirring of one of his robots as it approached. 'Damn that bartender robot...' He sat up. "I told you, I don't want a beer...!" He paused. It was not the bartender robot. Instead, it was a messenger, designed to relay information from the control room. Question read the information on a monitor in the robot's chest. "...someone entered? Impossible, this is the only room that has an entrance! They'd have to..." He paused again. "Messenger, go retrieve the guest and bring 'em here." The thin robot ran out the door and down the hall.

The enchantress turned on the spot, lashing out like the serpent she so resembled. Chris was on the floor in a matter of moments, a high-heeled shoe at his throat. "Announce yourself next time, Swordsman. Your methods of cloaking yourself are visible to me."

[I'm not a bad person...]♠ Chris de-cloaked himself, though he was wearing his Lanzer disguise. "Hey, hey," he said to Emma, holding up his hands. "You wouldn't hurt the leader of all Gaia, right?" He shook his head. "Guess there's no point in hiding from you though... nothing slips past your gaze, Emma." He cocked his Diplomat. "Anyways," he said, re-cloaking. "I'd like to know exactly why you're here, yourself." Chris slipped out from under Emma's heel and maneuvered back out of sight, in case unwanted company came. He knew Emma could still see him, though... he wasn't that foolish. ♠ [...I just have bad luck.]

"Research. That is all you ever need know.", she replied coldly, her shoes making a noticeable clicking as she moved back into the shadows, the shades reaching out and twining around her gown and hair.
Callandor hung at her hip behind a series of cloaking spells hiding both the brilliant crystal and enormous power signature. A similar concealment was folded around the pendant at her throat, hiding a link to a larger power source than the sword at her hip.

[I'm not a bad person...]♠ "Research, huh?" Chris murmured. "Well, I guess that makes two of us..." Though Chris didn't see himself as much of a researcher in this current setting. He was more of an... ambassador. With a quick flick of his hand, he loaded the Diplomat. If it came to that... he wanted to be ready. In the meantime, he let Emma take the lead, and followed behind her. If worst came to worst, she could be the distraction. ♠ [...I just have bad luck.]

Question stood up from his chair. He turned to a robot. "Call back the Messenger, I'll take care of this." He sighed, walking out of the guest room and into the hallways. The messenger sped past him, but he paid no attention. He just kept walking with a glare on his face. Eventually he stopped, looking around. He cleared his throat. "You guys should know that sounds echo throughout all of these hallways." It didn't matter if he was in the right spot, because they'd hear his voice echo anyway.

The enchantress turned, casting back the hood of her cloak to reveal a cascade of chestnut hair and brown eyes that glittered even in the dim light. "Ah, Doctor. This is quite the establishment." It bore down on her senses like a heavy weight; the technology around her made her feel as if she could not breathe, the air felt dead.

[I'm not a bad person...]♠ Chris stood in the backdrop and de-cloaked. He then approached Emma and the Doctor and gave a small nod to the two of them, but didn't say anything beyond a 'hello'. He'd let them take care of their business first, and then he'd get about to asking his questions... ♠ [...I just have bad luck.]

Question was silent for a few moments. "Emma, the guest room is down that hall. It's the entrance, so it should be more comfortable. I'll follow you after I take care of something." He walked to the wall and pressed his thumb to a scanner. Immediately the wall opened, revealing a small armory. After a few seconds of deciding, the doctor pulled down a fine-looking 2x4 and closed the armory. He did a few practice swings, took a deep breath, and smacked Chris across the face with it. He then dragged Chris's inert form back to the guest room.
