Cain: Cat (snide, stuck-up, nonchalant)
Riff: Dog (loyal, caring, protective)
Alexis: Panther (dangerous, foreboding, just plain scary)
Me: Wolf (obediant when tamed, intelligent, dangerous when angry)
Mary Weather: Kitten (feisty, stuck-up, spoiled)
Cassian: Rat (shifty, small, unappreciated)
Oscar: Generic ape (muscles-for-brains, chattery, bold)

Cain- a midnight black cat (dangerous if provoked, gorgeous, a little bit vulnerable)
Riff- For some reason I picture riff as a hawk. or a crow. Some sort of bird always watching out for cain.
Alexis- snake
Jizabel- a gazelle or a pronghorn
Maryweather- a rabbit
Cassian- a bat
Oscar- a killer whale

Ugh, that snake image just destroyed my mind.
Yes Jizabel, a sheep. Because underneath all of that scraggly wool there is something...better looking and nicer than what's on the outside. But of course my comparison abilities are mediocre at best.

I can't be sure but I know it'd be really funny to see Cain and everyone else portrayed by animals. Hmm, let me think... sweatdrop
Cain - Erm, a serpent? (Unpredictable, sly, sexy!)
Riff - Somehow he just seems like a rabbit to me... lol
Mary W - A cat! Especially one that looks like a beckoning cat. 4laugh
Jizabel - A crow. For some unknown reason.

I would love to make Mary a kitty but....I don't like the poses of the Feli. I wouldn't be able to make a nice enough overlay for her.
