I thought I'd put this here since that NeverWinter Night thing was here too. Move As you see fit please~ I was clicking around the net, as I do... when I saw an add half way off of the screen. I WAS going to ignore it until I saw a vaugely familiar insignia I guess is the word? And so I gave it a closer look. It was a link to here: Dungeons and Dragons OnlineAnyone else check it out? I've heard of this a bit from old copies of Dungeon/Dragon magazine but didn't look into it. If the ad hadn't said 'free unlimited play' I would have left it be... It doesn't LOOK too bad but. I'm cautious, it's just how I roll. Anyone play? Care to share you're thoughts on it?

I have played it! I dont play it enough saddly (wow typically takes precidence nowa days) But its a good game, andf now that its free its all that much better
Dont expect a big world to explore liek wow, its actualy set upt o be a very small world, where central-cities will be the biggest places you get into (next to dungeons)
in the free version, itrs free btu chopices are limited. warforged/drow/monks you have ot use tehir special points to unlock (and poitns cost $$) But all of the core-things are there (except for half-orcs and gnomes...id ont know why)
But if you like NWN and have enjoyres MMO's int he past. this will probobly be the one for you. IT follows 3.5 rules VERY closely.

Good info, DM. I might get into it, but I have a lot of RPs and other things I'm working on.
I'd need a D&D 3.5 Rule book though. *started getting into D&D by 4th edition*

YEa i run 3.5 religiously.exclusively.
If you cant get ahold of nay actual manuals, you can:
1) <_< download teh pirated pdf torents like i do (i refuse to pay 30+ for 1 book)
2) d20srd.org it has all of the basics you need rule-wise

I played it to.. I liked it.. It was kinda limited in some things tho.. I mean I do like to have a big map and stuff... Tho I do like having incredibly custimizable skills.. I dont remeber about custimizing the looks of your char tho.....
Oh While we are on the topic of Ebberon... Who has read some of the books?
I recomend for those who havent the Dreaming Dark trilogy... It is amazing....
And if you have.. can you tell me any that is before the last war o is about Warforged??
I seem to be fasinated about them now....

Yea, im not really a fan of the ebberon setting, my heart will always lie in Faerun
But i LOVE the warforged. I have even been studying through lore to find a viable option to add warforged (In very limited quantities) int he forgotten realms setting.

Hey... since your the DM... does that mean you get to controll the fate of Matron Yuki???
And by the by.. your name reminds me of something my dad told me when he was Dming with me and my freinds.... He always says it before we sit down...
"Remember, Im neither your freind nor foe but I alone controll your fate..."
Something like that, bleh
I kinda like Ebberon... SO far I have read Fearun, Dragonlance, and Ebberon setting books...
