I wasn't able to see the movie yet. Too many work for uni. sad
But for what I saw on the internet the movie sounded interesting, although I've read some comments of some no happy fans.
Should I expend all that money and go to the cinema or should I wait til the DVD is released?

Somtimes I find myself wondering the same thing... It's a shame that more people aren't overly active in the guild.
Univeristies will work you to death, but it's worth it in the end! 3nodding
Here's the oppion of a cinama studies major: I thought that while some parts where nicely done - the cinmagraphy, and overall picture, for example, the plot was too disjunted and you didn't get a clear sence of time. It felt as if all the events where happening within a few months instead of one whole school year. It's true that a lot was cut out, but what was trimmed made sence. I think that it did the books justice, but it wasn't that good. It came off as scattered and ill planned more then anything else.
As to whether or not to see the movie while it's playing in the cinema, I think that some of the effects look better on the big screan, but if you think you're going to watch it more then once, I would wait to buy it.

I don't have a lot of time to come around to gaia anymore. That and it reminds me of someone I lost, and so it makes me sad when I come online. But I was thinking about her earlier so I decided to stop by because I miss all the good times. gonk
