Hey I was thinking the New Guild Announcements are only for Vice and Captains right so couldn't Vice and Captains charge members to use the New Announcements?
I think it would be cool to use this idea in my guild however I would like to heard other Guild Captains opinions first so please tell me what you think about this.
Also while charging for the New Announcements you could charge the members a little extra so you could also raise money for your guild :3

Hmmm.... I think that would depend on what kind of guild you are running. Since you can only do one a day, it shouldn't be too much trouble but also remember that people can turn those announcements off. If you get too many people buying the chance to send out an announcement (probably for an add for something they're running or an avatar arena entry) than people may turn their announcements off and miss important announcements you need to send out.
I only send out a monthly announcement to update everyone on what's going on. You're probably better off, if you do want to sell ad space (and raise money for your guild) to do a monthly announcement of member stuff. Since you're allowed 1500 characters, you could have a pricing scale based on how many characters they use and you can fit more than one in the same announcement. If they aren't very often, than people will generally keep their announcements on and pay more attention to them.
