There was a live orchestral quartet inside the open dinning area. As well as a couple of singers and a live band there too.
The sounds of china, silverware and glasses could be heard, as waiters and bartenders tended to the area. Where the diner would take place. There was even an open dance floor.
Where the ceiling was the star filled night. And around it were the strings of white lights, white paper lanterns, strings of crystal drops made into candle lit chandeliers and silken drapes hanging everywhere.
It was now time to dance, eat and be merry!

Jean took ahold of her skirt, and bridal train as she made her way down the hallway to where Scott stood. Grinning ear to ear, as she tried to brush past him 'tag your it!' she had in her mind.
Childhood games swirling in her head, as she saw the exquisit dinning hall with all the musicians present. This had to be something her parents put together. Wiggling her eye brows at Scott, "shall we?"

Having given up on trying to cut holes in her heels with her shoes, Cal padded barefoot [the way she preferred to be anyway] along to the reception. She was rummaging in her tote bag/purse for her sketchbook, but only seemed to find her shoes. Cal made a "Tsch" sound with her teeth before finally finding her sketchpad and withdrawing it. She carefully tore out the page and threw the pad back into her bag as she drew level with Jean and Scott. "Congratulations," she told them in a tone that would have made an otaku squeal. "I couldn't really afford to buy you a gift, but I sketched this for you." She held out the picture to them. [[And it's time for Karu-chan [the RPer] to go to bed. Catch you in a few hours.]]

As the two made their way to the reception. Scott whispered in Jean's eat. "No, your it." He laughed playfully. They were approached by the one known as Cal. "It's beautiful. It's it darling?"
He nodded in approval. "I must get this framed!"

It's it darling?" He nodded in approval. "I must get this framed!" "Oh my goodness. That's beautiful, Cal. Thank you very much." Jean walked over and gave Cal a loving hug of approval. "It's very nice, and yes Scott we should have this framed. Thank you so much Cal." heart

Kayla had left some handmade native indian pottery for the two as a wedding gift.
It was a statue of two lovers, holding hands as their bodies made an arch of an eternal heart.
"Congratulations you two, I'm sure you will lead a happy and long life together."
She knew that the two lovers probably wanted some alone time to dance.
To eat and celebrate.
Nodding her head with a smile.
She departed to head off towards the dinning room.

As Piotr walked towards scott and jean he had a sculpture of scott and jean in his hands "Here you go you two." He said with a smile on his face.

Cal smiled and gave a wave as she glided off into the reception, where she seated herself at a far table. Crossing her legs under her long skirt, she ran a hand down over her ankle and flinched. Great, it was actually visibly distorted tonight. Oh well; it wouldn't bother her until she woke the next morning. Tonight she'd enjoy herself as much as she could.

Bishop walked in with his black suit and blue tie , he then walked over to Scott with a white bag in his hand.As he approached Scott he reached his hand into the bag,he then pulled out a " Harley Davidson Care Kit ".Bishop then left as he had to go to the bar and meet some one.

*Daken silently walked into the hall as eerie aura could be felt around him, wearing a button down t-shirt, black jeans, and a nice pair of athletic shoes. He made his way over to a small drinking fountain and picked up a cup of punch. He looked over at Cyclops as he gave him a small grin.*

Scott thanked Raven and Bishop. Everyone's kind ge3sture brought a warmth to Scott's heart. Scott looked over to a smirking Daken. He nodded to him.

~Storm arrived to the reception, She had missed the wedding due to issues over in Africa, she was freeing slaves and destroying slave traders. there was a war that almost broke out that she managed to stop, for in Africa they looked to her like a goddess and did not question her athority. She had lost track of time and got back in time to find out she missed the wedding. This pained her that she missed such a pivitol moment in her friends lives. She had returned with a gift from Africa a statue carved by hand by a tribe it was said to bring good luck to a newly wedded couple. She entered the room with the package under her arm wearinga beautiful pink dress, she approached Jean with a hug then a hug to Scott.~
Storm: I'm so sorry to have missed the wedding... It was beyond my control, yet I do feel horrible to have missed a rare joyus ocasion for my friends.

Queen of Wakanda Storm: I'm so sorry to have missed the wedding... It was beyond my control, yet I do feel horrible to have missed a rare joyus ocasion for my friends. Jean hugged Storm back lovingly. She knew that Storm did everything in her power to be there for the wedding. And she was sad that their friend wasn't able to attend the wedding. Looking at the beautifully carved African statue. "Oh Ororo, it's so beautiful. Thank you very much." "You look lovely darling. That color looks so good on you." Jean squeezed Storm's hands gently as she looked up and over towards Scott. "Don't you agree, Scott dear?"
