I'm not sure if this guild has a clan that correlates to Halo3, but if anyone is interested, check out a clan that holds some good ground in the gaming community without being overpopulated by n00bs.
The Anstice Brigade
As of described by our front page, we are "A potential member of the Good Gaming network the Anstice Brigade has counted up a reputable battle record against notable clans such as: Praetoria Guard, C1nder, Tied The Leader, Arm The Flag, Sovereign Guard, and many more. Please feel free to sign up for greater access into our forums and site."
While anyone can register for the site to just discuss gaming and Halo, you can also register to be a part of the clan to participate in clan events such as tournaments and clanmatches. You do however need to be 16 or older to be a member of the clan, but you can still hang out on the site nonetheless. The clan is a military-styled clan, based on Halo lore of the ODST's, as well as having our own Razgriz-Spartan IV SpecOps.
