If anyone breaks these regulations a penalty will be given.
Do not beg. If you were hacked, scammed, or can't make any gold, you can ask for help but no harassing other members.
Do not spam. This includes posting walls of images, stretching the screen, or bumping threads in the guild that don't allow it.
Post in the correct sub forums.
Be polite and mature. Do not insult or harass other members.
Do not harass crew members. Do not ask us for donations (free gold, items, art, graphics, etc), discount wavers.
Read all stickies and announcements. They are all important.
Do not advertise here. Unless you have filled out a job application form and were accepted by either the captain or vice captain(or were asked to join by them) you have no right to advertise your own shops or non-gaian items you are selling. This does not apply to user's advertising their shop in the marketplace or any art contests the user may be holding. If that is the case, please put these posts in the Bulletin Board subforum. Just do not advertise work/art you or someone else is selling if it is not approved by the captain or one of the vice-captains.
Follow the Gaia TOS. This is a given.

Penalties will be things such as expulsion from access to contests/discounts if you have a membership, or being banned from the guild. You could lose your shop if your an employee and be demoted to a member.
