lol i am gonna start challenging captains soon lol i am getting tired of the whole waiting to get power since i am a Lt.

Let's just hope you are up to the challenge, because if you aren't you will probably get knocked down a peg, and lose more then your dignity.
Also due to the fact, that the majority of the captains have bankai and you, haven't that should throw a stick in the spokes, don't you agree?

that why i said SOON i will start challenging them. Once i have my bankai and vizard form (which will be soon hopefully) i will pown most captains, because well my bankai form can destroy most of their effects.

Well, if you wish to have a captain position, then you will need to go through me.
I will not stand by and just let some other lieutenant become captain.

Hrm. . kinda hard convincing my captain when he is rarely around.
And shouldn't my captain help train me, to help improve my abilities?
If my captain would notice that his lieutenant is quite bored, training himself.

The Captain's busy being bored around the Espada and telling crazy 10th Seats to go back to Soul Society. If I'm not posting elsewhere, chances are I'm in my office. And you're responsible for your own training; I don't intend to make things too easy for you.

I am currently doing my own training at the moment, but once I reach my requirements, then I shall need a captain to help attain Bankai, so says the rules.
