 1. Foremost, the "Terms of Service" will always apply in this shop along with the Regulations/Policies of the Elegant Aire Mall.
2. Please DO NOT Question any of the Tutor’s work ethics. We all carry out very busy lives and one of us may have to stop at a moment’s notice. This is why there are multiple tutors, so that there is always at least one tutor available for you.
3. Please Be Polite and Respectable. I'm a very peaceful person, but will not tolerate people who fail to abide by this rule. If you cannot retain a basic respectable nature here in the shop, your lesson(s) will be canceled and may be reported. Any racial or sexual slurs, comments or jokes that insult people in the Gaian Learning Center, will result in your lessons(s) ultimately ceasing and you being reported to the Gaia staff. This includes constant impertinence or degrading of ANYONE for their gender, skin tone, language, ethnicity, sexual status or preference, etc.
4. Please Use Descent Grammar and Limited Vulgarity
5. Do NOT advertise without permission. If it is part of your signature or your post style, that is a different story. But any other advertising is not acceptable here.
6. On the other hand, feel free to advertise the Gaian Learning Center. If you have had a positive experience during your time with us, by all means, make it known to the world =)
7. All students should listen to the tutor at all times and will be understanding in the event that a tutor cannot make a lesson. The only reason a tutor cannot make a lesson is in the event of a tragic accident, a technical problem, unknown factors at school and anything else of that sort.
8. Please choose the appropriate tutor for what you need help with. We are all specialized from one to many fields and have a considerable amount of knowledge in other fields. So choose the correct tutor in what you need help with.
9. Be Responsible. Please be sure to check for announcements that the shop will have. Tutors are not always working. Some may not be working for as much to a month at a time because of their personal life. If this is the case, do not ask them to tutor you obviously. It is your responsibility to check the announcements and keep yourself posted.
10. Please remember that this is a SHOP, and tutors will not begin a tutoring session until you have sent the trade with your payment. You must finish the trade once we begin working with you at the beginning of a session. We will not begin your tutoring unless you have done so. You can send another trade afterwards for a tip =) *Tip not required.* We will not keep logs of our sessions, so if you would like to refer back to our lessons, it is up to you to keep up with the logs.
11. Please fill out multiple sign up sheets if you need help in multiple subjects. No Refunds!
Once you have submitted your request, you have agreed to follow all of these rules and will be accountable for following them.

Credentials: I have a 4.125 GPA, am ranked 4 out of 320 in my graduating class, have passed several AP tests and have tutored kids in real life and they have seen improvements in their grades.
