The moon will be full soon. I have never been one to cast according to moon phases, but it is more convenient now. I know that herbs gathered by full moon light seem to work more potently than those gathered during the other moon phases. They don't require as much charging.
On a more personal note I find just standing outside under the full moon for even 5 minutes it seems to replenish a great deal of energy and sense of tranquility.

Per your recommendation, I do believe I rather need to meditate under the light of a full moon. Sparsely dependent on what sort of meditation I engage in/what my purpose would be in it, I believe it would be a breathtaking experience.

I think tonight's full moon marks the midpoint of a particular asian celebration/holiday/event, but I can't for the life of me remember what it is. Still, I was out a little while ago, and the moon looks pretty damn eerie tonight - the sky's pretty clear and it's really bright.
