It was now time that the new generation of shinigami would take over the Gotei. The cold air of winter rolled into the soul society as morning dawned, it's light giving some warmth to the souls. Flags whipped in the wind as the final touches are put on the festival grounds. Many of the already woken students made their way to the festival, it was the first day off in nearly 100 years. Music starts to play as special carnival rides, the rides grow longer and longer as the food booths begin to open.

Tokisho is seen finishing off food that he's gotten earlier at the booth. He looks around at these amazing surroundings and see their beauty as he uses a napkin to wipe his hand and mouth. He walks around saying hello to the familiar faces that he's seen before.

Strong winds blow from the east, many of the cherry blossom trees bend slightly letting free their white and pink flowers. The air is chilled, slightly odd for the soul society considering the time of year. This situation does not only exist in the soul society but as well as the world of the living and the valley of screams.
Large gray clouds creep into northern Japan. Flood warnings marked along with the ere feeling of a looming danger that the humans can not feel. Thunder claps as a light rain falls to the dried earth, people gather indoors, taking heed to the storm that is approaching.
Commander Kurotsuchi slowly begins to make his way to the festival grounds. The children of the seireitei, laughing run past him while playing with small paper kites. The presence of shinigami are low within the great walls of the seireitei, it seems as though if everyone where already at the festival grounds having a good time.
(All posts made changing the story will be made in red so it is easy to spot any major changes. This will be great so that you can distinguish the posts about enemies and settings from the posts about my character.)

Captain Jouju. He thought as he slowly began to awaken. Captain Jouju, has a good ring to it. His eyes slowly opened and his sight cleared, he turned his head toward an over decorated alarm clock that sat powered by a pipe that ranout side. The pipe had a fan attached to the end of it and the clock run of the kenetic energy of the wind. What more would you expect from the old fashion captain of the Twelfth Division? He was dressed and opened his door out onto the breezy day, his short hair becoming shaken and clothing blustered. His two shikai blades stay at his thigh sides uneffected by the winds due to his sleeveless jacket that covered most of his body. He began the long walk from the Twelfth Division to the festival.
After a long not tiring but the boredom of the walk could be misinterpretation as tiredness. He watched as the early morning that would normally result in only gaurds wondering around, became crowded almost packed with people ready for the festival. This brought a slight smile to his face, he was always happy to be able to see the cream of the crop for his harvesting. Eye Candy. As he so bluntly put it. He noticed the captain commander and began to walk over toward him, his hands sat in his pockets. He nodded his head as he became in close to the Commander. "Mornin' Captain." He said, with not much regards to respectful wording, they had known each other for a long time so such things weren't considered insulting. "Fine day no?" He inquired.

Tokisho sees a lot of children playing around him as he makes his way throughout the festival. A child bumps into him as he was trying to catch up with one his friends that were running ahead. After apologizing Tokisho just smiled and waved the child on to let him join his fellow members.
After a while of checking it out, Tokisho looks across the field seeing Commander Kurotsuchi. He walks over to him and extends his hand to greet the captain, "Hey there Captain Commander" Tokisho sys bowing to him, "How are you doing today"

His eyes squinted at the Division Ten captain. What a butthole. He thought as he looked at him. He removed his right hand from his jacket pocket and lifted it up so it was level with his shoulder. "Hello there Tokisho." He waved slightly almost as though he was impersonating a fan boi, only his movements were full of sarcasm.

Sado had left the 4th Division Barracks fairly early. He wanted to have some time to himself, and enjoy the peaceful wind flowing around him as he took the long way to the festival. Coming across a bench he would sit down and look to the sky. This bench was his favorite bench, from there you could see the whole sky above your head, with out the unwanted intrusion of buildings. But it was also his favorite because Sado and his brother Shouta would sometimes spend the night there, to watch the stars in the sky. ~Well, I made it brother. I wish you were here to help me celebrate this joyous occasion.~ He thought to himself. He continued to watch the sky, enjoying the light breeze that flowed through his hair, and listening to the young children laughing.

Tokisho's attention turned to see the 2 captains. He bows seeing them and then takes his hand and shakes it with captain Jouju. "Delighted to see you guys" He takes his hand and wipes the hair that hung in front of his eye, then turns to the other captain, "What are you captains doing?"

I get his germs. Great. Jouju looked at Tokisho as, he regained his natural stance. "I only just arrived in the area, I came to greet the Commander here, what grants us the pleasure of your presence?" He said almost as if he had an attitude about him being there. Stupid Tenth divisions, always destroying everything we Need to research on. He thought in his head as he waited for Tokisho to answer.

Sado had arrived at the festival shortly after his little detour through the rest of Soul Society. He watched as the children ran around laughing, and felt the light touch of the cherry blossoms landing on his body as they fell to the ground like snowflakes. Coming across the Captain Commander, and the respected captains of Division 10 and 12. He overheard the slightly annoyed tone in Jouju's voice as he "greeted" Tokisho. He couldn't help but smile at the bitterness Jouju had for the other captain. "Kurotsuchi Taichou, how wonderful to see you again, sir." Sado said, bowing politely to their leader, a well respected, as well as extremely powerful man. Facing the other two captains he would shake their hands, giving them a proper greeting. He looked over to Jouju and gave a little smile, hinting that he could see the dislike Jouju had for Tokisho.

He let out a mellifluous smile before letting words of an miscellaneous tone. "No need to be so formal." He tightened his right arm and jerked it toward himself, this pulled Sado toward him, abruptly towar him. He leant his head forward next to Sado's so his lips were almost touching Sado's ears and whispered. "This captain bores me." Relinquishing the hug he move his stance back and grinned slightly.

A small and curvy figure shunpo'd into the middle of the festival. Kaori's straight black hair was pulled into a pony tail, her gray sword at her side. She looked around her stormy gray eyes landing on the small cluster of captains, including her own. "Good morning, taichou!" She called out waving her small and delicate hand. "Good morning Kurotsuchi-soutaichou, Joujo-taichou, and Tokisho-taichou." She added to be polite to all of the other captains.

He nodded in recognition to her greeting, his head twisting slightly as he did so. "That it is, if this were a movie something dramatic would happen just as I say this." He began to chuckle outloud, almost as if he were on a stage performing. His back arching and mouth wide open.

Kaori laughed lightly and softly at his comment. "I would say so." She said watching a small kid running past before smiling up at him. "But I would also hope not."

He smiled, bringing his left hand out of his jacket pocket and holding out straight toward her direction. He flicked his thumb up, his clothes blew around slightly, a few petals blew across his face and the sun glinted off of his teath. "You forget I am here." He chuckled again, he was only joking not trying to push a sense of superiority over anyone of the Shinigami present. He lowered his arm placing it back into his pocket.
