I have a question.. How do you plan on Inducing these 'nightmares and dreams' without godmodding?
Such things are very hard to use in a battle with out doing so.

I don't really have a problem with the fact that he could completely destroy someones mind with it... More a problem with how he will. I wish to know the method of use. (Cause invisible attacks are Godmod. So..)

I wanted to know how you will attack people with these Hallucinations?
Because they are normally used in a godmodding fashion.

(I.e. You induce the Hallucination in an invisible state which is godmodding.)
