Personality: He's always calm even in the face of danger. Tokisho likes to ask girls out like its nothing and is self-proclaimed best looking Shinigami. He loves to sit by open water and just stare into it.
Brief History: Tokisho was always able to see spirits and one day he was able to fend off a hollow from killing his family. He didn't know how he did it, but when he was on the verge of finding it out, A couple days later he was chasing a malevolent spirit and walked out into the street and he was killed by a car out of nowhere.
He was living outside the soul society and found to have immense spiritual powers by one of the members of the court guard squad. He was taken in and fed, making friends with members of 6th division and sometimes he would think about becoming a soul reaper. A captain confirmed that feeling, saying that he has the talent for it. He figured it wouldn't hurt, so he enrolled in the acadamy.
He enrolled in the acadamy and excelled perfectly graduating in the elite class easily. He never gave any trouble with the instrucors and was unchallenged at various assignments. The only thing that gave him much trouble was his kido which is a little below average, but makes up for it in his combat skills and intelligence.

Attack 1- Isumo can copy another's form, just by absorbing a small impact from the opponent or person, making the spirit materialize then transform into whomever they touched.
Attack 2- Isumo can make a small amount of water copies of Tokisho that will confuse the enemy. The copies can actually attack and cause damage, but won't be able to deal massive damage due to them being a part of Tokisho, splitting his power by how many clones he has. (1/2 if he creates 1 clone, 3/4 for 2 clones and so on) and they be able to distract or attack the enemy long enough for the real one to get close for a good strike.
Attack 3- Isumo's shoots a water dragon (like Toshiro) out of the blade, causing damage to whomever it touches. It is solid on the outside but still translucent as there is water on the inside of it. It's hard outside can produce spikes out of its body so it causes extra damage.
Bankai:
Bankai Name: Drown, Isumo Tozai
Bankai Appearance:
Bankai Abilities: Mastery of the Water Technique
Attack 1: Bankai will increase the use of water attacks and uses water from anything it can get to. (Atmosphere, Ocean, etc)
Attack 2: The number of clones of Tokisho can create made of water can now be used to attack and the limit of power that Tokisho needs to create them is eliminated, as the clones are now made completely of water, but looks just like the person they're cloning. Now they are able to explode on contact damaging the opponent and surprising them at the same time.
Attack 3: Whenever called upon, Isumo's true form as a giant water dragon will rise up and swallow its' opponent and hold them there until they drown in its belly. The inside of Isumo is complete water as it makes it hard to move on the inside.
Bankai Weakness: Electricity and the fact that he can hold it for a short period since he hasn't fully mastered alll the techniques for it.
