Personality: Sado is a nice guy who gives respect to everyone, regardless of their rank. He is known for being kind hearted and caring towards others. However, he is not one to mess with, he is an excellent fighter, but he prefers to stay on the sidelines and help those who need it. Hates being reminded of his past.
Character Strengths: Can deal with the sight of blood, team player, master in Tae Kwon Do

Zanpaktou Name: Hikari (Radiance)
Sealed Form: A katana that has a mahogany sheath, the handle is white and the blade is stainless steel.
Spirit Form: Hikari is a large, white, ancient Chinese Dragon. She is also known as the Bringer of Good Health. She is very kind hearted, much like how Sado is today. She revealed herself to Sado when he was in the hollow attack many years ago.
Shi-Kai: “Hogo suru, Hikari!” (Protect, Hikari) His sword takes the form of a white staff embedded with blue sapphires at the top and bottom of the shaft; the staff is as long as his body.
(1) Iyashi no o^roar (Healing Aurora): Sado uses his staff to heal targets at a very rapid rate from a distance. The healing is 2X faster than the greatest of healing techniques so Sado is able to get soldiers back into the field quickly.
(2) Enerugi^sutoraiku (Energy Strike): Sado’s reiatsu is absorbed into his staff and is concentrated into energy. Whenever he hits someone or something with his staff short bursts of energy is released dealing more damage to his enemies
(3) Shougekiha (Shock Wave): Sado’s staff absorbs a large amount of reiatsu and he drills it into the ground producing a shockwave that causes the ground to collapse, or simply knock down his opponents.

Ban-Kai: “Housha no sora ni, subeteno ikari wo hikidasu!” (“Radiate in the skies, unleash all of your fury!”) Sado’s staff zanpakuto merges with his body, turning him into a Half Dragon.
(1) Tama seimei no (Sphere of life): A large, green sphere forms around Sado, pushing out those with an evil aurora and keeping those with good hearts inside. Those inside the sphere are healed in a matter of seconds. (does not cure death) The barrier has a radius of 80 feet in all directions, including underground. The barrier is impenetrable, and can only be held for approximately 5 minutes.
(2) Doragonsukin (Dragon Skin): His skin is as hard as a dragons, it is very hard to cut through. Slashing techniques will work, just not as well. (This is not an ability, more like a passive trait.)
(3) Ryuu no mai (Dance of the Dragon): Sado’s reiatsu explodes and his speed increases tremendously. He charges his opponent and does a combination attack with his claw like gauntlets and with his dragon like boots, these attacks occur at an extraordinary rate. This attack can last only 15 seconds, but it does lots of damage. Combined with his Tae Kwon Do skills, he becomes one hard force to stop.

Abilities: Mastered Shunpo, healing techniques are stronger due to his mastery in all healing techniques.

Biography: Sado and his family all died in a tragic car accident. When he came to soul society, he was able to reunite with them. They all lived in Soul Society for a long while. Sado and his brother would play out in the forest just outside of Rukongai. One day a hollow attack occurred in the forest. Shouta, Sado’s brother, was trapped by a hollow. Instead of going to help his brother, he left him in efforts to save his own life. Shouta had been killed in that attack. Sado could not forgive himself for just leaving his younger brother for dead. He vowed that he would protect everyone in Soul Society, even if it meant he would die himself. He ran away from home and attended the Shinigami Academy. He graduated as 2nd of the top 5 of his class. He was recruited to Division 4 because of his extraordinary healing abilities that came along with his Shi-Kai. Soon after he joined division 4, he discovered his Ban-Kai in an attack in Karakura town. He later succeeded the former captain as she retired.

Role Play example: Sado walked through the gates, hands folded across his chest. ~Geez, this place is like a ghost town…~ Sado thought to himself as he walked about the barracks of Squad 4. Sado knew that squad 4 wasn’t among the more popular of the Gotei 13. He knows that when people think of the Protection squads, they think of shinigami who go and slay hollow, not of the ones who stand on the sidelines healing those wounded in battle. Sado didn’t mind though, he knew that squad 4 was just as important as all of the other squads. He walked over to his office and sat in his desk, and pulled out his favorite book, and started to read, then suddenly *BOOM* Sado jumped up, “What the…?” Sado shunpoed out of his office to the top of the barracks along with his other subordinates. They searched for the source of the explosion. Sado pulled down his goggles, and continued to search; he sees the smoke rising from the Research Bureau. “Go, now! To the research Bureau! Check for any wounded and report back here!” Then they were gone. ~Just when you think the peace will last for awhile, something like this pops up. ~

I like that but the third one change the claws to claw like gloves/gauntlets.

That makes it stick to the Shinigami stlye Zanpaktou.
