Magi: Magi are a group of spiritually aware humans who have learned a very usefully technique. They can create Zanpakuto. The zanpakuto can be of the form the crafter makes chooses (as long as it is an Item, preferably a weapon). They can bestow the shikai and bankai from a list which the Magi have mastered. This seems cool, but there is a large drawback; even the weakest of Zanpakuto permanently drain reitsu from the crafter. This means that every Zanpakuto made will lower the Crater's combat effectiveness. The only other power which they gain naturally is the pylonic portal, which opens what appears to be a teal gargunta. With this however, you do not "teleport" to the destination, you travel through the portal to the destination which means it is not instant, but Reitsu can be sensed before arrival to prevent the user from being caught off guard when he/she arrives. There are four branches:
True blood: In Egypt.They have been completely cut off from the other branches.
Crafters: They are based in Greece.They are attempting to produce as many Zanpakuto as possible. The other branches are curious how they get such a large supply of souls.
The War born: They are in and around Japan. They are considered the new main branch.
Newly Sighted: They were in east coast U.S.A. They defended a Magi who became a Vizard(which is a big sin in the Magi). They were slaughtered by the War born as punishment. The were only two survivors.

To figure out how much reitsu you have as a Magi; roll a 1d4 on your profile post (It is a posting action, and it cannot be edited so there wont be any cheaters). Edit your post after you see your die roll, You remember the die roll number and add it to four. Compare that number with the chart below to see what it equals.

1-3: Human without training.
4: quincy without full power
5: Sixth Seat Reaper
6: Fourth Seat Reaper
7: Second seat reaper
8: Captain.

The branchs meet every full moon to celebrate Curtain birthday's and discuus anything which needs to be discussed. The Monarchy system used is based on several factors from power to purity of blood to Intelligence.

Count's(Moderaters of their branch.)
Sire's(Moderaters to the whole Clan and Trainers of the warriors of their branch)
Templar's(Zanpakuto crafters. They are given enough training to protect against most Shinigami.)
Knight's(Fully Trained Warriors)
Sqire's(Knights in training)
Laok's(Only in the Japanese branch. Units attempting to create spells for use to any magi.)
As for the units who actually make the big decisions in the Clan there are Five units who are givin titles. The are all called Espugnare,although they have personal titles in addition. They are:
Gran rey
Rex
Dominare
Don
Adon
They are located in the branch they were born to. In order to become an Espugnare you must pass three tests which include a Lore Knowledge, Judgement from a Serephim, and a dangerous ritual which is only performed during the Full moon.Recently when the Newly Sighted was "punished" by the Japanese branch the Espugnare known as Adon was one of the casualties. No one has been able to fullfill his seat.
Colors
Yes Even the Magi have a code when color is involved. It only deals with Hair and clothes though.
Blue: Has no meaning but is a color often used in Magi Garb. It reminds them of the seas of the planet they share and the sky which is over every branch.
Purple: Is the color of royalty. All that is required by Magi law to be royalty is to be the First born, of the first born, of the first born. Then you, your first born male and then (you may have to negotiate with a Espugnare but) your first born female are all considered Royalty. Got it? Three Generation of first born.
Pink: Is the color of power. This comes from the days of Rome. By wearing Pink* you are stating that you Kickass and are a great warrior. Not for the faint of heart.
Green: Defender. Guardian. Protector. You will do anything to protect your people and land.
Any pale color is Death. This is something that Only the Espugnare dare to wear, and then they only wear it in battle.

*Any Insignia, any of the color in your hair(Evan artificially), at least half of an article of clothing is the color, or most of your visable clothing is the color.
