Countdown to Opening Day (10/09/09) - 6 days!

Opening Day is soon approaching and along with it the Halloween event. It is being created as we speak; check out the Halloween Schedule ’09 thread for what is included in it so far. Have more ideas for it? If so, please post them in the thread.

As for right now the opening date is set to 10/09/09.
We ask that you set up your shops in the appropriate departments before this date. If you need help funding a thread layout or coding please contact stereo_fidelicx.
Also, do you have an announcement you need given out to the whole guild -for example, if you are hiring for a position or closing for a week? If so, you should post them in the Shop Announcements thread in the Employees Lounge.
Showcase:
The showcase is up and running, please check it out on the main forum. And apply in the employee's lounge showcase application thread. Applications for the November showcase will be due October 25th.
P.S. Only crew members/employees can feature their art in the showcase.
Memberships:
Memberships will be available opening day (October 9th)
Bronze memberships require 50 posts and 1k (1,000g).
Silver memberships require 500 posts and 5k (5,000g).
Gold memberships require 1000 posts and 20k (20,000g).
If any shops are interested in being a part of the membership system please pm stereo_fidelicx. We are in need of more shops to join in. For questions about memberships please visit the What are memberships? thread.
Donations:
Any donations should be sent to aire_mule, for contests and guild maintenancem, rather than from the home page. They would be greatly appreciated! All donaters will be listed in the Mall directory and donaters thread in the main forum.
Anyone who wishes to donate graphics to the guild should post them in the suggestions thread; they would be greatly appreciated.
Other:
Know any artists, tutors, musicians, writers, fortune tellers, etc that you think are good enough to be here? If so, post a link to their shop in the suggestions thread
