Purpose

The purpose of this department is assist the guild leadership in maintaining the records of all of the members that are in the League. My successfully completing this tast we will ensure that the League will funtion in a smoother manner.

Requirements to Join

This department requires that all of the members of the committee to be moderators within the Gaian Mercenary League (ie - Crew or Vice-Captian status) in order to preform the required duties of the department.

Responsibilities
_________________________________________________________________________

All committee members are asked to post any updates or changes that will be required to keep the guild's record current in this thread before making them.

Members

The committee's members are responsible for updating/maintenance the Armeekorp's records.
The committee's members maints the guild's archiving sub-forum.
The committee's members police the archives for any unwanted posts.
The committee's members assist with preparing a list of recommendations for promotions and demotions.

Chairperson

The chair is responsible for keeping track the activity of Armeekorp's members.
The chair is expected to keep the leadership informed of Armeekorp's member changes.

Promotions/Demotions
_________________________________________________________________________

This department is directly responsible for the recommendation of members for both promotion and demotion in a timely manner. Once recommendations are completed they are then reviewed and approved by the Tactical Operations Command. Promotions and demotion should be completed and release to the league no later than the 1st of the month.
