The purpose of these Departments are to create and maintain Alliances with other guilds, as well as settle differences with Enemy guilds. The requirements to join is that you must be willing to create, inform or to maintain relations with said Allies. Each person that creates an alliance with said guild will be assigned as that guild's diplomat. You will make direct communication with other guild members of your assigned guild, and report back on that guild's demands (IE: Needing help with a roleplay, etc.) And notifying them if we need assistance of our own. you will also check on the activity of your assigned guild.

I'm going to have a talk with Los Gangstas. Apparently we had negative relations with them in the past (during the MDG era) and I'm going to see if that still stands or not. I may be able to turn an enemy into an ally there.

I'd like to suggest an Alliance with a Small guild with a couple friends of mine, The Nethergate's Oathbound. They're a Roleplaying guild of 17 members, myself included, 5 of which are continually active. I also know one of them personally (As in, In real life), by username of Hakabakashii, after his RP Character, Shinme Hakabakashii. There, he's referred to as Shinme, instead of his username.

Like I said, they're a small guild, with only the purpose of Roleplaying. But, they're strong roleplayers, experienced in multiple formats (Email, Posting, IM, etc...) meaning that, if any of them take an interest in the guild, we could wind up with an active member or sixteen.
