any rank can have one... umm... when you make one put what rank you are on it and your name and the guild name

I do not have one right now because of the price on my head. which uniform? and no you do not have to have the whole uniform you just need a badge... and i will make an exception for you because you are a veteran and you are crew... so you can wear just what ever uniform you want... the one your wearing right now works to

I'll tell ya, alot of people want GPD gone forever. Too bad for them, We got got up and fought back.
