I dont see any difference in training my pkmn with it than without it :/

shik-sho86 I dont see any difference in training my pkmn with it than without it :/ Macho brace helps you finish the training in half the time it normally takes.So for example if it took me 2 Hrs to train a pokemon,I could finish it in 1.It's less time consuming.

Then I suggest you take a look at this guide because I'm not going to explain all of it.If you don't know anything about EV training then it's understandable that you don't know the difference of having a a macho brace on or not. http://www.smogon.com/forums/showthread.php?t=33832

I dont understnd the power anklet :/
it says that boosts the speed stat and lowers the speed stat

it increases the Speed EVs and lowers the in-battle speed...same as the macho brace

How do I know if I finished training the speed stat?
Cause I think I did .__.
Instead of doing the +5 or +4 it is just +3 or +2 now..........
And Im using the power anklet and fighting Fearrows and Raticates

Well, usually when one is EV training, they keep track of how many effort points their Pokemon recieves. Once they reach the desired number of EVs or 252 EVs, they're done training in that stat.
