Anime & Manga
Knives during the finale of the Trigun manga- He's butt-naked, long-haired... and in response to this, the artist simply hasn't drawn... certain features, leaving a large gap in his outline between the legs.
Vash has no nipples in the manga, but this is due to his heavy scarring.
The 'Plants' in the manga series, appearing as naked angel women in a bubble, also follow this trope, although the final form of Knives' Ark, with all the plants fused into him, is a grotesque, vaguely angelic monster with a very visible v****a.
The crotchpieces of Leonof's puppets, again in the manga, clearly have vaginas when the puppets come apart.

That explains why Knives is pissed off at everyone all the time. He has a constant period.

Ok I remember the airbrushing and the other they did that before when Knives came out of the bulb on Jenora rock too. But I cannot for the life of me see any sex organs on Knives fused form. All I see is a dragon's head full of teeth with tons of feathers, wings and a birdlike shape.

I dunno. This site just watches things on TV and picks out certain flaws and such,like that. I thought it was hilarious. I'm not too deep into the manga so I wouldn't know, but that does sound amazing. I bet if I looked at it I'd probably see where they got the v****a from.
But you gotta admit, it fits really well. XDDD
