We have some big changes coming!

The parody is going to continue, of course, with some new parody people and some things that never happened on the original forum (and a few things that did!)

But we're becoming more than just the parody. In fact, we're becoming a kind of a mall for monsters!

We'll be opening two or three new clubs (including, for those of you who remember it, a "re-vamped" - pun intended - version of "THE MIDNIGHT ROSE" and the long awaited "NIGHTBREEDS") and a boutique for showing off monster fashions (including yours, if you think you've got something special) this month!

And more to come...

Got any ideas or suggestions for this place? Email them to me! If we use your ideas, we'll pay you for them! In Gaia Gold, of course, because there's no way to transfer Gaia Cash. Sorry.

As I said in my last news flash, there's a lot of changes coming. Right now, most of them are pretty much going on "behind the scenes" as we get ready for our grand opening on Hallowe'en, but this one isn't one of them...

After much discussion, the "powers that be" here on FIENDS FOREVER have come to a decision: The parody is over! Gone! POOF!

There are reasons for this decision... including that the parody, which was intended to be a kind of a tribute to the thread it was parodying, seems to have done a lot of damage to that thread instead. We're sorry that happened.

But the main reason the parody is gone is simpler and more basic. It wasn't working. After the first rush, we kind of ran out of ideas and it stopped being fun to do.

So we're dumping the parody as of right now, and moving The FF Chatroom into this section. Think of the Chatroom as the place where you can discuss what's going on here at FIENDS FOREVER and just chat with the other members. Complaints, opinions. general BS or whatever. you make what you want out of it.

As with the rest of FIENDS FOREVER, have fun!

Addendum: By the way, there's a few new additions in the Welcome message sticky. I'd appreciate any comments you might have about them - or anything else that's happening here (in the Chatroom, of course!)

Wow! Two updates in one day!

We just added two more "private clubs", The Petting Zoo and The Pasture, to FIENDS FOREVER! What we mean by a "private club" is a place where creatures of a certain type get to hang out together. For example, The Petting Zoo is being set up for lycanthropes and other animal people to meet and greet.

Like Midnight Rose, each one is a separate private guild that we'll provide a link to here. Anybody can read what's in them, but only members of the guilds will be able to post there.

We've also moved the opening dates for all of the privates clubs to later in November to give NIGHTBREEDS a grand opening. Actually, it's going to be a Hallow'en party, so get yourself into costume and come join the fun! There'll be games, contests (including a best costume contest) with prizes, a birthday party and who knows what else!
