Since Ivy moved my other post, I have to make a new one. sweatdrop I needed practice drawing Sofie's unusual proportions and this more realistic style. I think I'm getting the hang of it. Also, in case you were wondering what her cousin, Emily Van Groot, looks like:

She's like the lovechild of Lady Gaga, Madonna, and Gwen Stefani. (I don't even want to know) This is something I threw together tonight as an experiment. I've made a lot of storyboards for classes, but this is my first animatic (basically, a moving storyboard.) It needs some sound effects to be a PROPER animatic, but seeing as I'm not ACTUALLY making a Nightingale movie (YET!?) that's not really very important. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8_T7wO2tUjA

Sofie Thorne She's like the lovechild of Lady Gaga, Madonna, and Gwen Stefani. (I don't even want to know) Except she's NOT Italian. How did that happen!? xd Very cool Animatic, btw.

Well, I could have said In-Grid, Zazie, and Blümchen, but you probably wouldn't know who they were. XD; It just goes to show that to be a famous pop singer you have to be Italian. (Or at least pretend to be, AMIRITE!?)
P.S. Thanks <3 Once I'm feeling more ambitions (and my wrist isn't killing me) I'll try an action scene or possibly an animatic trailer. It would help to have a more solid idea of the story of course, but... what the hell, I'll throw together something flashy, the story will come in time... XD

I revived some old accounts to use as marketing for Nightingale, just like i made personal accounts for Sister Claire and Gabrielle for readers to interact with: Meanwhile, I'm heading to the biggest comic convention in Europe next week, and I'll be pitching this comic to editors! Fingers crossed! =)
