Gym Theme: Pokemon Stadium - Mewtwo Battle
Battle Theme: Champion Battle Theme - Heart Gold Soul Silver
You stumble into a forest shrouded with darkness.
You walk to the center and see an ominous figure in the shadows.
As you approach the figure, spiders weave webs around the area.
Realizing you to be trapped, the figure turns and the battle begins.

Qualifications
No requirements necessary. As long as you've registered, I'll take you on.
Battle Format
6v6 Level 100 Single
Turn off Voice Chat. I may forget to and I don't like it all that much.
No Disconnecting (else automatic forfeit)
Battle Clauses
Uber Clause: The following Pokemon are deemed to be unbalancingly powerful and are not allowed to be used: Arceus, Darkrai, Deoxys, Deoxys-A, Deoxys-D, Dialga, Giratina, Groudon, Ho-oh, Kyogre, Latias, Latios, Lugia, Manaphy, Mew, Mewtwo, Palkia, Rayquaza, Wobbuffet and Wynaut. I thought this had to go without saying but Shaymin is also banned.
Self KO Clause: Players cannot use moves such as Explosion or Selfdestruct that force a tie. If a move that has recoil damage causes a tie, the user of the move is the winner.
Sleep Clause: A player cannot put two or more different opposing Pokemon to sleep using attacks that induce sleep to opposing Pokemon.
Evasion Clause: A player cannot increase their Pokemon's evasion stat with a move that specifically increases evasion.
Species Clause: A player cannot have two of the same Pokemon on their team. For example, a player cannot have two Koffings on his or her team. This clause of course does not effect the use of multiple Eeveelutions or any other pokes with optional evolutions.
OHKO Clause: Players cannot use moves that have a chance of instantly KO opposing Pokemon. For example, Horn Drill is an illegal move to have on a Pokemon's move set.
One Legendary Rule: Only one legendary Pokemon may be used per team, per battle.
My Item Clause: Each Pokemon on a single team must be holding a different item from one another. However, I am allowing an exception of a max of 3 Leftovers and/or like items (ex: 3 Leftovers, or 2 Leftovers and 1 Black Sludge or 3 Black Sludge, etc).
Luck "Hax" Item Clause: In online competitive play, the term "Hax" refers to when something unlucky occurs to you. Most of the time this is that 30% chance to freeze from a Ice beam, or something of that nature and it's just the way the game goes. Although, when it comes to hold items that have small chance of completely turning the game around just out of sheer chance, it's deemed rather frustrating and very similar to the OHKO Clause. For this reason, when this clause is in effect, that means the following items are banned from use: Brightpowder, Quick Claw, Focus Band, Razor Fang and King's Rock.
Big Five Clause: I will not allow the use of the Pokemon Dragonite, Tyranitar, Salamence, Metagross, or Garchomp in my gym. It would be far too easy to sweep my team with one of them. Aside from maybe Metagross. Garchomp I consider Uber anyways so he'd be banned regardless. They put him back into OU for those of you that don't know.
Other Rules
Daily Chance: I will accept only 1 match per challenger, per day.
Honour Bound: If you do happen to break one of my aforementioned rules, you will have to wait one week as opposed to a day before your next challenge.

Decided to add this little tidbit rule after contemplating for a bit. If you break any of my other rules, you will be unable to battle me for the gym for another month. You may still challenge me to an unofficial match, however.

Hmm, since I'm not really in the mood to write out a paragraph and aside from MercuryPandahBear, everyone else is either closed or having some sort of delay, I suppose I challenge you, gamefreak.

Sorry, not quite finished with my team yet... sweatdrop Although you can be first in line when it is. Also, forgot to tell people this, but, I prefer challenges to be sent through PM as I may not always check my gym thread. Just a heads-up for future challengers.
