I don't know what to do. My swings are getting worse, especially when I swing towards depression.
You're probably thinking "Why don't you tell someone?" Because I don't want to go to the hospital psyc ward again. You may think that's stupid, if so you either haven't been to a psyc ward or went to a really nice one.

The best thing for you really would be to tell someone, though. Would you rather remain depressed, or would you rather get help and be free of it? If you're suicidal, the best place for you would be apsych ward.
Also, I'm sorry it took me so long to respond! redface We just had Thanksgiving here in Canada. I've been a bit busy visiting families and stuff. sweatdrop

I just got out of the psych ward. I ******** hate that place. I never want to go back, but I plan on drinking myself to death this weekend. I'd commit myself, but I just got out after attempting suicide on Tuesday
