As the forces return from the world of the living, All shinigami who advanced on the enemy are to meet in the division one hall to file their reports with the commander. The events that took place on both ends of the spectrum need to be discussed, evaluated and assessed before a solution can be created. The driving rain in both worlds have now turned to snow as the harsh winter weather sets into the season. For the shinigami, winter was never an active season. Trips to the human world are few and far between, and the shinigami tend to stay within their warm division barracks. (All Squads)

Sado would be the first to arrive in the hall. Standing at his usual spot, 2nd person away from the Captain Commander. Rehyla was comfortably around his neck, making a quiet humming sound as Sado would pet her on the head. Sado would wait patiently for the other Captains to arrive, so that they may all give their report.

 Commander Masamura Kurotsuchi ("The Windy Shinigami")
Commander Kurotsuchi began to make his way to the divisions meeting hall. The massive cherry wood doors creaked open, the two shinigami opening the door bowed slightly as the commander entered the room. His red eyes seemed to be closed as he made his way down the long room and to the seat at the head of the hall. As he made his way past Sado Taichou his eyes opened to look at him, he greeted with a bow of the head. "Captain." He said in a softer voice before climbing up a few steps and to the large wooden seat. Before sitting, Kurotsuchi made sure to remove the zanpakuto from it's sash, laying it lightly against the side of the chair. Masamura sat down with papers in hand as well as a pen, ready to record any of the reports. Riddled across the sheets of paper where a series of drawings including a rabit, dog and a cat. (Lieutenants are requested to join this meeting due the seriousness of the events!)

Sado would respectfully bow down to Kurotsuchi, Rehyla bowing her elongated neck as well. "Commander." He would say in his usual gentle and happy tone. Sado had left his fierceness behind in Karakura Town, and would return to be his gentle self.

Amath cursed the weather as he entered the Captains Hall. He hated the cold winter seasons, forcing him to wear his large black kimono and a big black scarff, and yet found something beautiful about the season. Taking notice that Captains Kurotsuchi and Shimizu were already present, Amath decided to keep his curses to himself. Taking his normal spot, Amath would simply stand there calmly, his hands hidden in the sleeves of his large black kimono overcoat.

Tokisho walked into the building with a unimpressed look on his face. He stood in his spot that was further away from the others. He looked to the ground and sighs, "I was expecting a real fight, and I leave while others have all the fun" He thought to himself as he still looked down at the wooden floor. "I was wanting a challenge, but I wasn't even able to pull my zanpakuto."

Commander Masamura Kurotsuchi ("The Windy Shinigami")
The commander sat with his chin in the palm of his hand. Attempting to stay awake the captains mind began to drift off to the fate of the two arrancar he met. His dream was ended by the door opening to Amath Mortum who was bundled up due to the change in weather. Captain Tokisho was next to enter the room, a sad look on his face. "Must have missed the action" he thought to himself as he propped himself up straight in the chair. "I am glad to see three of my captains have returned without any serious problems. Will your lieutenants be joining us today?" Kurtosuchi asked as he became more awake.

"Division Six has no current Lieutenant," replied Amath casually, his eyes opening slightly as he spoke to the Captain Commander. "If I am correct, the only Lieutenant present in Karakura Town was Division Four." As he finished reporting, Amath would become silent once more, waiting for the Captain to begin the meeting.

Jouju sighed as he stepped just inside the big majestic looking doors, shaking his umbrella off and then closing it. He had walked in the harsh rain quite abit today and due to the earlier circumstances his clothing was rather drenched. Dripping he stepped over to his place in the hall, no paper in his hands only an umbrella. He hoped that the Commander would not be brash about their being no time for him to write a report, only due to the fact he was surprised to be asked for one so early. He stood silent as the rain dripped off of the tip of his umbrella and his feet squelched water soaked.

Another captain entered the room. All captains that took place in this event where accounted for, yet the lieutenants where not here yet. "We will brief them when the time comes.." he thought as he prepared his pen and paper for the reports and questions to come. Little did the captains know their actions in both worlds where connected by a single Arrancar."Mortum Taichou, We are all ready to hear your report...Please tell us what you experienced while you where in the world of the living."

Amath nodded as he slightly stepped forward. "Most of the Arrancar that we encountered had a mimic ability, most easily shown when I mistook one for Kaname Tousen," Amath began, his eyes calmly falling on the Captain-Commander. "However, things changed when another Arrancar, known as the Dark Queen, violently appeared in Karakura Town. Having touched each of us, it would seem that she would not only guage our power levels but analyse our spiritual patterns in order to complete a device that she stored within her." Amath had put thought in this after leaving the human world, as simply scanning their power levels could not have been the only reason.
Amath would pause in his report, allowing the Captain-Commander to soak in what he had said so far. "A device that, when crushed by the Arrancar, Grimmjow Jaegerjaquez, forced all humans in Karakura Town become spiritually aware of Shinigami."

The commander stopped all the writing as the story came to a conclusion. All humans as far as they know where now spiritually aware of shinigami. Meaning if exposed to a high amount of riatsu they would be crushed."Grimmjow being another Arrancar?" The commanders eyes became squinty as all of the information began to sink in. His eyes then made a shift to Jouju Taichou, who had just captured a male Arrancar who was wounded alive. "Captain Mortum, This grimmjow. Would you say that he poses a threat to the soul society as well as the world of the living?"

Amath shook his head. "I cannot say as I did not interact with him enough to find out. However," he began, his eyes falling to the floor for a moment before returning to the Captain-Commander, "he is an Arrancar, and must be eliminated." This was Amaths creed that he strove to uphold. Hollow were the natural enemy of Shinigami, and there should never be a line stopping the destruction of them. "Another Espada made an appearance," he continued calmly. "I took it upon myself to battle him, lest he be an additive factor to the damage of Karakura Town."

Kaori walked in the building, rubbing her arms and shivering lightly. Nodding respectfully to all of the captains she walked up and stood beside her taichou. "Good afternoon, Sado-san." She said smiling softly and pushing her straight black hair from her eyes.
