This question can be directed to everyone here! Do you "go crazy" during the holidays? Do you suffer psychologically every time winter rolls around due to stress, seeing too many family members, bad memories or financial woes?
For those of you who suffer from mental-illness, do your symptoms get worse during the holidays?
My symptoms are not episodic in nature, so I'm not any worse off. But my sister, who suffers from bipolar disorder, spirals down off the deep end like clockwork every year. I wish I knew how to make things easier for her during these rough few months.

I get more stressed during the holidays which defintly makes my symptoms worse. and now that where i live its darker ealier than im used to from where i used to live, i think the lack of daylight is making me more depressed

for me, things always get worse during grading periods/finals, probably mostly due to stress and nervousness about my slipping grades
