If you were to marry a person or into a family that wasn't into nudism would you try to convince them otherwise?

I think a lot would depend on how open-minded that person was, to begin with.
I've said before that my first long term relationship was with a girl who was fine being naked with friends and her family but not 'strangers', so despite having her nude at home I was unable to persuade her to go naked at a swim, beach, or camp. And since part of nudisms appeal to me is to be with like minded people, it did cause problems to the point at which I gave it up for about eight years.
My second relationship, she said she'd go to a swim with me, but when it actually came to living together we only lasted six weeks, and so far nudism has purely been between us. My daughters are now 11, one of them doesn't want me to see her naked, the other has been wanting to go to a nudist beach for the last five years.
My wife, on the other hand, is open minded about it. Her first swim she had a minor panic attack at the thought of people looking at her body (large lady with a poor self image unfortunatly) but still went through with it and at the end of the second swim said she wished she didn't have to get dressed.
Her children were 16 (Male) and 10 (female) when we got together, although they were happy to go naked at home they won't go nude in public (and the girl has only gone totally naked at home a couple of times since puberty.)
If I had to go through the whole dating thing again, please no, I would do the same as I did last time. My advert on a dating site would say that I am a nudist, and hopefully I'd find another lady as wonderful as my present wife.
