Most of the stuff in this guild will only work if we work as one.
Work together.
Now, I know some noobs hate this and/or don't know what it is, but it means to help eachother and do things together.
Now, maybe we could just post like there's no tomorrow, everywhere, even in the wrong forums, post post post about the GaiaCash offers. Comment people, PM, post in our guilds, in our everywhere!!!!
It's not hard.
Tell 'em about the cheap scams, the hacks, etc, etc!!!
Please, let's try!!!!

Sigh...
Unfortunately, sweetie, there's not much we can do to inform people anymore, and we can't promote spamming, which is not allowed. If you can't tell people about a newb charity in the welcome new users forum, I doubt you can tell people the offers are bad through spam.
Also, most people know the dangers of the offers. There isn't much left to say. Its' when people believe that they will be fine and know how to not get hit go and do the offers that scams work. This guild is all for the offers, in fact, but just wants gaia to actually follow through and weed out the dangerous ones.
Finally, there's not much left we can do. We've tried sending messages to SPECIFIC STAFF MEMBERS WHO ACTUALLY WORK WITH THE OFFERS.
Since we do not want to misrepresent the guild or overflow any staff members' inboxes with complaints or complain to the wrong people, WE PREFER THAT INSTEAD OF MESSAGING THE STAFF DIRECTLY, YOU CONTRIBUTE WHEN WE POST WE'RE PUTTING TOGETHER A PM TO SEND TO THE STAFF. This makes sure we've had a goon number of people to read it over and revise, and then it puts an entire guild behind it.

Yeah...
Why don't one of you guys in the guild become a site Mod. act loyal, etc. but give away secrets or send a gaia announcment.... it'd work. Probably get ya banned, but just transfer the items first....

If people want to do the offers, and have safe ways to do them, why do you ******** care?
Yes, most of the offers suck, but some of them DO work without viruses and spyware. You aren't going to get the offers take off the site unless you provide examples of what else they COULD do for the offers.

Okay, my answer to Intoxicated first:
This is exactly why we don't want everyone mass messaging the 'people in charge.' The mods are NOT staff members and do NOT work with the offers. ALL THEY DO IS MAINTAIN ORDER IN THE FORUMS. Talking to them about the offers will get you NOWHERE, and only wastes their time.
And now to Candy Kittens:
Unfortunately, even though people think they know, and they do know, they still go and do stupid things. Credit card? All I have to do is cut it up right away and never ever use it! Phone subscription? I can cancel asap! PROBLEM IS IT DOESN'T ALWAYS WORK. We have nothing against the offers that don't plunge you into debt or give you viruses, but no matter how smart the general population of gaia is, GAIA SHOULD NOT BE PAYING ITS USERS TO COMPLETE THOSE OFFERS THAT DO.
WAIT. Please tell me you do NOT think we're trying to remove the offers. PLEASE tell me that. Because there was a MASSIVE deal that took place over WEEKS where we set down FIRM STANDPOINTS about what we were going for.

GOOD.
Cash offers make Gaia Cash accessible to EVERYONE. not in great quantities, but it makes it obtainable to everyone for FREE. If you don't do bad offers.
Of course, the presence of bad offers makes it dangerous and seriously flawed, possibly even illegal. It's somewhat gray.
Anyway, I have places to be, so I'll stop there.
