I love nancy from nightmare on elm street, also rosemarry woodhouse from rosemarry's baby, and carrie white even though she is not really a heroine. she is more like a anti-heroin.

Everything Zen I'll nominante the heroin in "Pulp Fiction" that was was some seriously strong stuff. I mean, look what it did to Uma Thurman. Honestly, Uma Thurman never looked more attractive than she did after that overdose scene. But as far as heroin in cinema goes, nothing can beat Requiem for a Dream....now that's a powerful, feel-like-s**t movie.

I was going to nominate that, but I couldn't remember if it was Heroin, or another drug.

I have yet to watch a horror movie that features heroin that I can recall right now. I remember heroin use in the crow movies but those aren't horror. And maybe it wasn't even heroin, but something else one would take through a needle and syringe.

And maybe it wasn't even heroin, but something else one would take through a needle and syringe. Eric Draven mentions morphine after killing Fun Boy, I do believe. However, morphine does have the same effects as heroin, and I'm pretty sure I heard somewhere that heroin turns into morphine in the blood stream. Damn, if Cenobiter didn't leave the guild because he was upset that people were not online at 8:00AM EST on a school day to discuss this issue, I would have asked him if morphine is acceptable for this topic. Oh, and Zen, Requiem makes mention of various drugs. However, I'm pretty sure heroin is the main drug dealt with in the movie.....unless, for some bizarre reason, the characters were shooting cocaine Sherlock Holmes-style (yes, Sherlock Holmes is indeed a cokehead).

But I think there was heroin use somewhere in the series.

xd Horror movies are great with heroin. Kicks popcorn in the a**.
I'd like to say Nancy, for legend value, but I'm going to go with Heather Donahue.

Of course Sherlock was a cokehead. Why else would he be made up, by a character played by Owen Wilson?
