Alright, we have more noobs in Genpop than when we started and some of them aren't even posting. Options? Either get them active and make less noobish or vote them out of Genpop and ban them from the guild.
Post who you want out and why, if we have at least ten different people voting a person out that person is banned from the guild. (Active members are not counted in this vote.)
Members targeted for Banishment:
SuperSantos (Was active in Genpop 2, has yet to be active in the guild.)
Nechinia (Was an original Genpop member, did not post in Genpop 2 or in the guild as of yet.)
twilightlie (Joined the guild without cause and is subject to immediate banishment.)
Cole Blackwood (Was admitted into the guild through invite and is subject to immediate banishment due to inactivity in the guild as of 9/24/09.)
lil kweke13 (Admitted through invite and is subject to immediate banishment due to inactivity as of 9/18/09 and has only posted once.)
FrankenRubyKnightlie (Numerous complaints catalogued against this person and is now subject to trial or banishment.)
All other members are safe...for now.

well aside from the obvious *cough cough-ruby-cough cough* id say we can message the other people, if they havent been online in a long time we should ban them, if they have been on in the last 10 days then we give them a week, if their profile is private/doesnt say, we give them ten days, we can still message them if their profile is private, also we can send a guild announcement to let them know to post. guild announcements are kinda really really cheap if your guild doesnt have like a hundred thousand people.

True but keep in mind that most won't be able to because of school, one unfortunate soul was grounded for a month recently and is still serving that sentence to my knowledge.
