What better way for us to start breaking the ice then to start off with a dress ur self up contest.
here are the categories!
Reward! : 10K gold per section
Spookiest Costume :wear something uber scary. *if someone was to see u wear something like this in RL they would probably pee their pants*
Coolest Costume: Wear something cool, something that stands out above the rest *if someone saw u wearing this in RL ppl would swoon and kiss the ground u walk on cause of ur coolness*
Casual Costume: Wear a costume that looks like someone or somethign you would find in normal everyday life *Figherfighter, Cop, Doc, hippie,bum, etc.*
Sexiest Costume: Wear somethign sexy! *think this says it all! make it as sexy as you want, as flirty as you want whatever! something where if someone was to see u in RL they would .... well we will just leave it as Glomp ya instantly XD*
Nudiest Costume: Wear as little as possible WHILE still attracting attention! *Wear as little as possible while at the same time drawing the most attention to you. Not to be confused with sexiest contest where you try to look sexy and hot and flirty.... Think Desert Island stranded for years, or Tarzan dressed attire for this one. Backgrounds will help alot!*
Cutest!: How could i have forgotten this one! Wear something cute! something that will make people go Awwwwwww!!!

Winner's Circle
After consulting with friends in and out of gaia, we have come to a descision for the Halloween Contest!. Alot of creative talent went into alot of the avis we saw and we compliment everyone's drive to compete. SO here are the winners! Coolest The coolest contest goes to!!!! Mulanphan!  The choices were difficult very difficult. but after going over the results a few times, Mulanphan came out above! In the end the Tie was broken by the storyline! it was a very close match. Casual The winner for Casual. CrimsonClaw!  There was no contest when it came to the casual contest so Crimson's victory was absolute! Congrats! Sexiest The winner for the Sexiest is!! LadyDeathNote73!  it was a tough choice, however in the end Lady's costume would turn the most heads at any party if she suddenly walked in with such a outfit! Congrats! Nudiest The winner for Nudiest is!! Zexious! This was a very X5 hard one to decide, it was between Mulan and Zexious! dispite some of the guy's clear attraction to mulan's avi, the little layer of cloth/smoke between her and her body counted as a mode of clothing where the jelly fish has absolutly none! Congrats to Zexious for letting it ALL hang out there =D Cutiest The winner for Cutest is! animekittyninja-aka kiki  This was a very tough one. it was between Kiki and Insanity, but in the end kiki's story helped break the tie! Spookiest And last but not least! THE SCARIEST PERSON OUT THERE IS!!! Vahrei Athus!  The choices were good and difficult to choose from but the sharp attire Athus was dressed in along with the menicing look his avi gave off won him the game! Thats it for today! CONGRATS TO ALL THE WINNERS u will be getting ur prizes soon!

BG Story:
Kottan looked around the ballroom nervously, fidgeting and writhing her hands together with a slight flush to her cheeks. Her friend, Alice, saw her and walked over, smiling cheerfully and gave her nervous friend a hug to calm her some.
"Kottan-dearest, what's wrong? We both spent a long time working on making you cute for tonight, so why do you look so scared?"
Kottan looked down in embarrassment and made a few small circles on the ground with the toe of her heels. "W-What if he still doesn't notice me? What if he sees some one else who looks better than me...?"
Alice frowned before taking Kotan's chin into her hands and bringing her face up so she could look her in the eyes. She sternly spoke, "Quite thinking so negatively. If he doesn't see what a great girl you are, then that's his fault for being such a dense head. Now then, quite worrying." She smiled lightly and continued. "You look gorgeous. If he doesn't fall for you at first sight, then he's either retarded, blinde, or gay. Heck," she giggled lightly, "I'd date you if you were this cute when I met you."
Kottan flushed bright red. She knew by now this was Alice's way of joking. After all, she was as straight as a ruler. Still, it made her so happy to hear such positivity from her friend... Although, the braveness she had gained from her friend's speech soon disappeared when she caught a glimpse of the man of her dream coming her way. Kottan paniced and was about to run when Alice grabbed her hand.
"Oh no you don't. You're going to talk to him, make him fall in love with you, and live happily ever after like the little princess you are. Now, don't make me drag you~."
All Kottan could do was blush lightly and nod before following her best friend's orders.Inuyasha_no_Taco

BG Story:Long ago the lord of the underworld, who may have had more free time than he should of, decided to create his own doll. "You'll be the extension of my will, carry out my orders without fail, never question me, and above all else...feast upon those who stand in my way!...Or anyone I choose," he said as he started to shape his servant.
He molded her body using the skin and hair from the dead corpses of women. Her body was stuffed with the innards of many demons. Her clothing woven by thread of the demons' furs. For her face he carved a mask of ivory and started to paint it.
"For sustenance you will hunger for flesh especially the flesh of the heart. Every time you feed it will maintain your beauty and keep you immortal so that you don't rot away," he said smiling at the the almost completion of his creation. "Now for the final touch...a bit of my magic and your first taste of blood." With a flick of his hand the doll became surrounded by black fire. Slowly as the she began to absorb the flames into herself, the lord tilted a cup so that only one drop of blood would fall on to her lips. As soon as the drop was on her lips it slip into her mouth then ,as black as the flames that were absorbed, her eyes began to open and her body began to move.
Looking onto the creature that just come to life, "Welcome child, what is your name and what is it that you exist for?" he asked happily. "My name is Miyabi and I am my Lord's absolute servant." she said as she bowed to him. "Good, Miyabi, these shadow beast will now be under your command use them for they will help you with your mission," soon the beasts started to walk toward Miyabi, who asked "What is the mission?". "Get me the souls of one million human beings!," he said with extreme happiness. "I'll do as you wish." Stating as she stood and walk towards the gate of the human world with the beasts right behind her.
In human world above a temple's ground shook violently cracking the ground. Red fiery lava oozed from it and suddenly bursting through a demon woman with monstrous specters stood upon the land. "The master only requires their souls, as for their bodies, we may do with them however we want. Let us go follow our master's orders and fill our stomachs!" after that the began on their quest overflowing with carnage and rivers of blood.
Can they be stopped?

BG Story:Mio was the princess of the Marshmallow 9 the loving home the space bunnies who were known for their being kind and sweet. Though she had loved her people, her days were predictable and boring, even more when she would become queen. "My dream is to become a conquerer of worlds! And no one will stop me," Mio said to herself on her 17th birthday. So that night she packed and ran away from home in her spaceship.
As the ship was flying through space Mio looked at her map "Hm..I wonder what planet should be the first to fall." then Mio noticed something "Wait there's a spacemall not far from here!?!?! Oh my goodness I hope they're having a sale!" then she grabbed the steering wheel turing its direction to the mall. HOURS LATER...Mio exited the mall holding a lot of bags "Man, I can't believe that place, over 500 stores and I could hardly find anything that I liked," Mio sigh then looked at her map again "Well since I'm done shopping, I guess I'll just pick the planet that most interesting to start my reign..."
Looking at the different world she saw a blue planet by the name of earth "Huh mostly ocean so maybe I can get a seaside castle...its not big so it would be perfect as a startup," Mio smiled "its decide the planet Earth will be the first to fall!" she said as she hit the lightspeed button.
Not long after Mio landed on Earth to her dismay instead of fearing her as a alien ruler the earthlings mistaked her for a cosplayer and was even recuited by a talent agency. It would seem that Mio's image was very popular so in a short time she became a famous teen idol. Though it didn't go with her first plan she realized that could she still rule Earth. "I will rule the world with this smile, these bunny ears, and your support everyone! I love you all!" Mio shouted from the stage as the audience chanted her name.

in order to allow Everyone a chance to be super creative , u can use Tek Tek to its full potential! there are no more limits on items as far as only what u got on ur invintory! so have fun! and post ur creations here!

kitsunegami I can't decide which category my rampaging fire elemental would fit into: spookiest or coolest... I think that one would be more in the Coolest one. i can see how it would be scary but it looks more cool then anything
