EDIT: I think it's some gang or something, and they're the bad side.
There's also [NPC] B.O.O. and that's the good side, so unless there's more:
[NPC] S.I.N. = Evil side
[NPC] B.O.O. = Good side

I haven't gotten a PM yet. D: I'm not sure how they're distributing the PMs though. I mean I know it's randomly but eh... Maybe newer members are getting the PMs first. >__o;
