Okay, I'm just gonna go for it and post this here. If I'm wrong, someone delete this later. 
So there's a few things that need to be done here. I don't know if Darius is still gonna be part of this, though. Even if he is, he deserves help. I can see why he could get frustrated...
So here we go! These are some of the things I've noticed we need ASAP:
-Council members/judges.
-Profile layout (For member application).
As far as Council Members, I think we need to gather promising people who are willing to sit and analyze each match in order to determine a winner. Like I said before, no one should be forced to be a judge. If we're THAT desperate, may I suggest a Guild announcement that summons people to this forum? sweatdrop
And the profile layout. That's actually easy...
OKAY! I am just winging it here. I have no idea if this is the right way to go or this has already been planned. I don't even know if I'm allowed to post/suggest this. So if I'm mistaken, please someone let me know.
If not, then share your opinions?
I'm posting this since I have 30 spare minutes right now. Hopefully, I can dedicate a bit of time everyday to this project. I just think it has potential.

Alright; can't just leave this behind unfinished after everything I've said. Seems a little pointless to ramble on about how no one's living up to what they say if I myself don't. I'll see this through to the end, but I'm not taking part in anything outside of the UMC. Just can't stomach it out there anymore.
I'll be here tomorrow.

Just.... uhhh, just wait for me to post tomorrow, alright? I already have the Tournament completed in my mind, how things will be arranged and what those things will be. I'll type up a complete plan tomorrow and we can start from there.

So...can we submit profiles now? Because I saw a couple of people who've already done that, but I'm not sure if we have a green light or not. And also, what about the judges and such?
I don't wanna sound too pushy. I'm just confused, actually. ._.

I'm pretty sure we can put applications to be watched in now, since it didn't say not to otherwise. We'll let Darius decide when he gets online..
