Okay! I have some ideas!
-Costume Contests
-Picture quote contest (could be like QUOTE THE GHOST! or whatever the picture is)
-Halloween Stories
-The Ghost in towns thing we did for the PJ Event
-Art Contest (Draw a graveyard or something, I dunno) xD
-We could like try to do Bingo with online people or something. o.e
Might be a little hard though.
-Savenger hunt, look for different things around Gaia or something.
-Some sort of Halloween Trivia Game.

Hey angel the savenger hunt could have people look for some people in a section in towns. the people could hide and have like a one big hide and seek game or soemthing.
