I recently went to the theater and saw "Zombieland"
I LOVE zombie movies so i was very exited to see it. The commercials looked hillarious so my expectations were VERY high.
And i can honestly say that Zombieland does not disapoint!
The movie was all around fantastic in every catagory.
Acting: - 10/10
The acting overall was superb! Very witty with many original and fun moments throughout the movie. There was also some very entertaining Cameo appearances.
Story: - 9/10
Apart from being done so many times the story was pretty fresh! A new twist on the zombie genre.
Visuals: - 8/10
I thought the movie could have bee a little bloodier. And sometimes the camera kinda moved away to hide the climax of the zombie killing, this got a little annoying at times. Otherwize the special affects where pretty good, with some great zombie makeup.
Directing: - 10/10
Ruben Fleischer in his directorial debute was amazing. He really got the best out of his actors, and its hard to believe this is his first film. I think we can expect to see more great things from Mr Fleischer.
Overall: - 9/10
This movie i would STRONGLY reccomend to anyone looking to watch a fun, exiting movie. That also has a neat little moral to it at the end.
I really enjoyed this movie and i'm VERY sure that you will also love this movie!

Phobos Star I LOVED Zombieland. As soon as I heard Metallica over the opening titles, I knew it was going to be a good un biggrin I loved bill murrays cameo in it! ^.^ so effin hilarious I was shocked.. i knew it was going to be great, but i had no idea it would be that great.

Wow, I am suprised to see the movie got a high rating. I have not seen it yet but, to be honest I was really skeptical of it because I LOVE Shaun of the Dead and saw it as an imitator.
Then again... Rock band later came out and is on par with Guitar hero, so you never know.

Bendii Straw: Wow, its already left the theaters here i think. XD I saw it like.. a month ago, so yeah that is total bullshit.. Why the hell does it take THAT long? confused

Oh it was just PERFECT!
In every sense of the word.
I also loved how it was less about zombies and more about isolation and being scared to live life.
