I feel nothing anymore* ------ Upon returning to Konohagakure from the Valley of the End, Kari had started working right away. She had planned to hide herself away in the Leaf Village and blocked anyone else from coming in. Not that many people would even bother anyway. The Village was finished, it was plain to see. The fact that she'd even bothered rebuilding most of it, was to help out with her plan. She had managed to use her elemental abilities to fashion a large variety of Villagers, young and old, made of earth but painted to look real. In their bodies she gave oxygen, using the air around her. If anyone looked upon these people, they would look normal. Unless a person had eyes that could see through her technique, would be able to tell it was all just a lie.
At each possibly area of entry, she had posted a guard, using her ele-clones as the guards. She had fashioned each clone to look a normal person, with definate similar characteristics to herself and given them each a mind of their own, something they had already realtively had in the first place. "No one may enter this Village without a valid explanation. Understand?" She had asked each clone after her plan was all laid out. Each understood and nodded in response. After that, Kari had left them to their business, while she hid in the Hokage's Mansion.
Well maybe 'hid' wasn't exactly a good word, but it explained things for her. She kept herself locked away, quite positive not to leave at all. The 'people' in the Village knew about her, but only as the 'Master' and they very rarely asked questions as to why she never came out. She had given them a whacky cover story that they all followed as to her being always in the Mansion. At the moment, the silent Hokage sat at her desk, hands on either side of her head and eyes downcast. She let out a deep sigh and went over for the millionth time why she was doing this. "It's the only way anyone can be safe. I don't want to hurt anyone else." Those words, of course, were strongly argued with her darker self, whom really did not like not being able to do what she wanted. Kari had managed to keep her neutral for a good while, and she planned to keep it that way.
"Yoh-Kun....where are you?" That question must've been asked about a gazillion times in her head by now... ------

I feel nothing anymore* ------ After hours of sitting in the silent darkness of her office, Kari was suddenly interrupted by Misaki Tomiko, her most trusted villager creation and advisor. She had created the raven-haired, navy eyed female for the general reason of having someone to talk to when she got sick of the quiet. The girl was slender, graceful, hard-headed, and almost as stubborn as Kari."Kari...how long do you plan to torture yourself like this? Why can't you just let the past go?" The girl asked, looking down at the tattered Hokage with a look of sympathy and pain. Kari looked up at Misaki and then immediately looked down again, ashamed to even look at the other girl. Her mind was in a jumple, her pride was in a pan, and she was more then overly confused as to what to do. She was broken and looked like she had been tossed aside, as if she were a rag doll. "I don't know what to do Saki...I feel so confused." "No. What you feel is guilty and apathetic. You're worried about Yoh, aren't you? Well then why don't you get off your butt and go find him!" Misaki would not stand for her Master moping about anymore. She would even force the girl to go look for that boy if she had too. And she would not take 'no' for an answer! ------

My sight is better tonight and I might see you in my nightmares.Yoh stepped up to the village he once knew. "So this is what Kari has been protecting." Yoh said as he removed the black hair which fell over his left eye which was covered now by an eye patch. Yoh looked down to his robes where the left sleeve remained armless. His arm was under the robes pressed against his chest resting as if it was in a cast. Yoh ignored his wounds which had yet to heal as he approached the gates of the village. But how did you get there? Cause we were once a fairytale, but this is farewell

I feel nothing anymore* ------ As Yoh approached the Village Gates, a village little girl spotted him and pointed in his direction whilst whispering to her mother. One of the ele-clones guarding the gate in her new form turned to see what the child was looking at and gasped. She immediately turned to her companion, another ele-clone with her own appearance and whispered to her. Together, the two ele-clone guards went over to him and stopped him right before he got to the gate. "Yoh....you came back? Why?" One of the ele-clones asked. "Yeah. We figured you'd never want anything to do with this place anymore....or her. Or were we wrong?" The other also asked.
((Okay, so, the ele-clones speech will be typed in the respective colours of their elements. You know, fire = red, earth = green. Alright? Makes it easier...)) ------

Why can't you just speak normally?" "It's just the way he is. And besides....Kari doesn't want to see anyone. She locked herself up in the Hokage Tower and we're not supposed to let anyone in..." ------

My sight is better tonight and I might see you in my nightmares.Yoh raised an eyebrow in confusion. "I'm sorry I speak in a proper tone. I'm a hyuuga it's the way I was raised. I was trained by Aisu who also 'talks like a fortune cookie'" Yoh said with a pout. "Kari never spoke in a proper tone. She was more of a carefree spirit than I ever could be..." Yoh said before walking past the clones to the Hokage tower. "Thanks for letting me know where she's at... I'll be sure to give her your regards clone-chans" Yohs said waving back to them with a bright smile upon his face But how did you get there? Cause we were once a fairytale, but this is farewell

I feel nothing anymore* ------ "H-hey! Yoh!" The spunky fire clone ran after Yoh and stopped in front of him, holding her arms up. "You can't go in there!" But even as the three were talking, Misaki was dragging a reluctant Kari out of the Hokage Tower. The young Hokage insisted on cloaking herself beforehand and Misaki didn't argue, glad that she could make Kari do something. As Kari left the Tower, the two spotted Yoh and the ele-clones and Kari immediately hid behind Misaki. "Oh no....why me?! Why?!" "Oh quit your whining! He just saved us a pointless trip around the world. Now get over there!" Misaki shoved the cowering Kari, making the other girl stumble until she fell to her knees right behind her fire clone. "He he....awkward...." The ditsy earth clone muttered before backing up. "It was all Fiery's fault!" "Hey!" ------

Yoh turned his attention first to Kataki who mentioned his wounds. "You dressed the wounds beautifully. I find it hard to believe they would come undone so easily. Besides I have no intention on losing any fights I may encounter here." Yoh said almost casually with a shrug before looking back to the clones. "So which one of you is the one I came to see?" Yoh asked. But how did you get there? Cause we were once a fairytale, but this is farewell

t you tell?' and both pointed at the cloaked figure on the ground behind Misaki. The raven-haired girl had stepped in front of the Hokage protectively when she saw Kataki, unaware of who she was. "If you can't even tell the difference between clones and Kari...you seriously need help." Misaki commented, staring warily at Yoh but keeping an eye on Kataki. Kari, who was still on the ground, slowly got to her feet and bowed her head so that her face was shadowed in the depths of the cloak and her beige bangs. Reaching up, she removed her hood to reveal the ever familiar white bow she always wore in her hair. Her hair was also in the hairstyle it had been before everything went to hell. ------

Hmph...name's Misaki, advisor to the Hokage and no I'm not a clone if you're wondering. I'm something completely different from them." Her voice was calm, but there was still a hint of suspision in her tone. Kari looked over at Misaki, noticing the other girl looking at Kataki wierdly. Worried that her advisor would do something rash, she placed a hand on her shoulder "She's not going to hurt anyone....calm down." She whispered softly, in an almost inaudible tone. ------

My sight is better tonight and I might see you in my nightmares. Yoh looked to the hooded girl practically hiding behind the young woman. "Oh I couldn't tell if that was Kari... last time I knew her she was pretty bold, and not much of a coward." Yoh said removing the folds of his robes to allow the arm which had been resting in the nestled pouch of the cloth to hang freely revealing the many stitches which were keeping the wounds from splitting open and severing the tendons once more. "If she had enough audacity to try and kill me I thought she'd have the manners to greet me without having to shield her face as if she was ashamed of what she'd done." Yoh said with a spiteful tone. "You see the girl I knew was different... hmm now that I think on it maybe I never really knew her until we fought." Yoh said moving the hair from his face again to readjust the eyepatch. It was odd for Yoh to have to readjust his hair so much but the absence of a leaf headband upon his forehead or the anbu mask left his hair unmanageable and unruley for him with only one hand available to him. But how did you get there? Cause we were once a fairytale, but this is farewell

I feel nothing anymore* ------ Kari physically tensed as she listened to Yoh's harsh words and studied the many stitches he was bearing. Misaki, however, was seriously ticked off at Yoh and went right up to his face, pointing a finger at him. "If that's how you're going to talk to her, or about her, then why do you think she's hiding! Do you know how hard it was for me to get her to even THINK about going after you?! I don't want you making her go back into isolation! So you watch your mouth!" The raven-haired girl hissed, narrowing her navy eyes. "And besides! You have no idea what's she's gone through because she almost killed the only person she's ever really cared about! I don--" Kari cut Misaki off by holding a hand up in her face to silence her. When Misaki stopped and stepped back, Kari turned to look at Yoh. She narrowed her sky blue (with a tint of navy) eyes and opened her mouth. "I understand that what has recently happened has screwed up our lives and I understand why you're angry. I don't care if you insult me, if you hate me. I wouldn't forgive you if you didn't. But can we not worry about that for now and focus more on why you're here. So...Yoh. Why did you come?" The girl's usually soft voice was stern and serious, almost business-like. She had even refrained from using childish nicknames due to the importance of this meeting. ------
