When did you all become Aerosmith fans? Just curious. I am a pretty recent fan. I haven't been a fan for too long, but I was like hooked to them after I really started listening to them and played Guitar Hero: Aerosmith. Just discovered a lot about them and became really fascinated. Plus, Steven Tyler and Joe Perry are hot. I wish I would've known about them earlier.

i was a fan when i was like 5 or 6 bein gtotally addicted to songs like jaded, then i got into to crappy music, then once i started playing GHA; i was totally in love again

xxaerochicaxx i was a fan when i was like 5 or 6 bein gtotally addicted to songs like jaded, then i got into to crappy music, then once i started playing GHA; i was totally in love again Wow, that's cool! I wasn't much of a music listener when I was that little...meaning, I didn't really know about rock n' roll or much of that. In the 90's, I was mostly into those boy bands, *Nsync, Backstreet Boys, 98 Degree's, etc. Then for a while in the 2000's, I was totally into pop and maybe some alternative. By the 12th grade, 2007 - 2008, I dated a guy and we got to talking about music. I said a few songs I liked from my parents cd collections. Then he said I reminded him of all these bands he hasn't listened to in forever. A few of his favorites were Def Leppard, Queen, Scorpions, Cinderella, etc. So he ended up getting me into it. I wanted to impress him and tried listening to this stuff. The summer of '07 is when we met again. So I start listening to this music and totally get hooked on it like..."What have I been missing my whole life?!" I love old rock.

I love old rock. hey, he was worth impressing!!! lolll well it sounds really really weird but i hated rock music with a passion a year ago except for probably very few songs like "Dream On" and then once I got Guitar Hero 3 and GH: Aerosmith i was like "I LOVE tis music!" which sounds stupid that a video game changed my view on rock music. but whi ein my pop stage, i still listened to U2 and Queen, so I didn't hate it all the time

I was like, "Ewwww." Mostly because my parents listened to it. I never got a chance. My sister that's a bit younger than me ordered some Queen cd's off of ebay and I'm like, "Oh, please..." And at school I remember saying, "I could fall asleep to my sister's Queen music." Then this guy I knew, Jacob, was like, "Who DOESN'T like Queen?!" I'm like, "Me." Now I so regret that because Queen and Aerosmith are my two most favorite bands. Now it's like I share music tastes with my parents. It's always cool because they can suggest new songs and all. It's just funny when they sing to the music lyrics and exaggerate it a bit. xd I wish I would've gotten addicted to rock n' roll way earlier. =[

D= I wish I was born like way earlier like maybe the 60's or something just so I could actually be alive to see when Aerosmith or Queen really made it as big time bands. My Mom is always saying, "This song was crazy popular when I was in elementary/middle/high school." Wish I could've been there =[

One day I went through her old tapes and CDs and stole like all of her GN'R, Motley Crue, Aerosmith, Def Leppard, etc.
Ever since then I've been hooked.

X Straight of Aces X My mom got me into all of the oldies when I was little. She would sing them when they came on the radio, but she never like, played them at home? One day I went through her old tapes and CDs and stole like all of her GN'R, Motley Crue, Aerosmith, Def Leppard, etc. Ever since then I've been hooked. x3 That's awesome! I never really went through my parents casette tapes or cd's, really. I had no interest in them. Mom said when I was a baby or toddler or whatever...just really little, he would sing like "U Can't Touch This" or "Ice Ice Baby" to me. They were popular songs in the 90's. Lol, kinda weird, but he was probably just goofin' arounhd with me xd
